Great communication from day 1, they told me exactly where to find them at the airport, very easy. The product was easy to use and lasted all day without me having to even use the backup charger at all, I think I only needed it 1 one day only. This product always worked great and kept me online and Highly recommend it. It was also very easy to return, with very simple and easy instructions.

This is our second time using this facility during our visit to Japan. A couple of years ago I picked the set from Haneda and this time from Narita, and both provided easy pick up process, and the return process cannot be made any easier by simply dropping the whole set in the prepaid envelope to a regular mail drop. It worked nicely throughout Japan - literally between Nagasaki to Sapporo, and our friend also went to Naha, Okinawa. Love the provided charger, cable and power bank. Will definitely use it again when we return Japan.

Fantastic and seamless.
Easy pick up at Narita Airport and very easy connection. Family of five connected to the pocket WiFi and it worked brilliantly on all our travels around Tokyo and when we flew to Okinawa and Ishigaki. Fantastic reception in all regions. Wouldn’t hesitate to buy again.

Everything about renting, using and returning for a whole month for a family with multiple devices the wifi from Japan Wireless device was absolutely flawless and perfect. One of the few things that to me is a must when travelling to Japan. Literally, do not leave home without!

This times, the connection services is very poor, we rarely had a good Internet connection via the device during our travel. Please review the service. Thanks

The efficiency of our entire visit to Japan was predicated on our ability to navigate the local areas effectively. We stayed at three separate hotels and visited dozens of attractions and locals. Without the pocket WiFi, we would not have been able to have such a successful visit. The service was always available and easy to use. The battery life was excellent and never required a charge while away from our hotel.

Absolutely brilliant. I used a pocket WiFi for my Japan trip. Easily picked it up at the airport and it was so simple to use. There was an extra battery but never even needed to use it. We were a family of 4 from Scotland and used it throughout Japan will no issues. Great connection speeds. Easily posted it in box at airport before departure. Will use again if back in Japan.

Worked as promissed. Most of the time the internet worked well with a great velocity. Used in 5 cellphones at the same time.

Fast Wi-Fi that works everywhere you go in Japan! The price is quite affordable, especially for longer vacations, and the process for receiving and returning the equipment is very easy. My only critique is that the Wi-Fi signal tends to get interrupted in underground malls and tall department buildings, but there's usually public Wi-Fi in these areas anyway.

works really well, a must have for any japan trip. Only downside is that is very power hungry, and we should always bring a spare power bank as the one provided is not sufficient.

Very happy with the portable wifi. I have traveled to many countries and never tried portable wifi and didn't have the highest of hopes but I was pleasantly surprised with how great this product worked.

I went with my girlfriend across Japan for 17 days and we got the Japan Wireless portable wifi. We truly had unlimited data everywhere we went and did not get throttled once. Setting it up is easy, we just turned it on and connected to it via wifi and then entered the password provided on the device. The battery life on it was perfect, we would wake up at 9am and by 6-7pm it would probably be close to dying. They provide you a portable charger but we had our own anker charger to keep it charge later in the day. If you have a big group of people, definitely recommend this device because you will save so much money and have internet everywhere you go. We did the shiminamikaido bike route and had internet throughout the whole trip even though most of it is in the rural side of Japan. Only downside is everyone needs to stay together otherwise you lose internet.

WiFi worked great! We had no dead zones and it was so convenient use. The only confusing part was trying to find the location to pick up. Newly arrived in a new country, it was a bit difficult navigating to where the pick up point was. Everything else was a great experience. Would definitely use again.

Speedy Internet.. Unlimited.. Easy to carry.. Easy to pick up and send back in the postbox.. Affordable and overall, superb!!
