まず、オンラインでオーダーしたWifiの羽田第3ターミナルのピックアップロケーションが非常にわかりにくい。もう少し丁寧に説明した地図、羽田空港のサイン（看板）みたいなのがあるとありがたかった。
Wifiはなぜかすぐ携帯電話から外され、何度も何度も入れないといけないのがとても面倒だった。他のWifi会社ではそんなことはなかった。
返送が封筒に入れてポストに入れると言うのは便利だと思った。

Japan Wireless was so easy to use! They mailed it to my hotel. The package was waiting for us when we arrived very easy to use and a great price. Also very easy to return with a self addressed stamped envelope for package return. The hotel mailed it and I got a confirmation email of package received. I would definitely recommend and use them again.

As always the easiest way to get an internet connection as a non resident in Japan. The battery life was kind short and I could only get a 4G connection. (my phone is 5G capable) Otherwise everything was top 👍🏻.

I rented a Japan Wireless Pocket WiFi for 10 days and I always experienced perfect coverage in all the major cities and tourist sides in Tokyo for essential Google maps etc. I would 100% recommend Japan Wireless!

I stumbled across Japan wireless while looking for a sim or esim option for my trip to Japan when I came across a review covering the advantages of a wireless hotspot over an individual phone sim. Like most families there is more than one member who has a phone and while traveling we all actively contribute in searching routes, reviews, and restaurants. Therefore, realized I needed a family option that wouldn’t drain my battery turning my phone into a hotspot. So then it came which provider is good for us. The reviews heavily supported choosing Japan wireless with their unlimited plan, long battery life, and extra backup battery they provided. We had a ten day trip from Tokyo to Osaka and had excellent reception with only a few instances of loosing connection in the subway. The hot spot we had lasted longer than 12 hrs each day without recharging or using the battery back up. It was seamless to use, I just turned it on, put it in my backpack and forgot about it. It turned out be invaluable to us from navigating to realtime translating. The pick up and drop off was also easy and straightforward. Overall, it was the best for option for our needs and I would highly recommend Japan Wireless to others.

I am using now several years your device even one for me and one for my wife. This time it was unstable and bad connection all the time from the one device during 2 weeks. The other device which my wife using, was everything ok.

Everything went smoothly. The network worked stable and reliable. We enjoyed the good service. The pickup and return process was easy.

Worked as advertised and delivered to hotel destination upon arrival. The unit power drains quick so needed to use the power bank frequently. Also runs hot but we had 5 devices connected. 14 day rental and dropped off in postage at Haneda.

I used Japan Wireless router last year and it also performed well this year. Only rarely did we not have the network available for example when a train enters a tunnel. The box itself is about the same volume as a mobile phone but doesn’t have to filter out all the bloat ware which accumulates on your phone. It is designed for a single purpose, a function it delivers perfectly.

reliable connections throughout the 10days booking. Flight got cancelled and reschedule at 48 hrs later. Easy to extend rental service with just a few clicks. Wonderful option! Highly recommend to anyone who travel to Japan!

I like the ease of airport pick up and drop off. The Wifi service is mostly good except in some areas that we went to. I am satisfied with the wifi data. I would recommend others to rent a portable wife from this provider and I would rent again for my next trip with my family.

Worst customer service. Bought an esim, never received an email with the esim, when I reached out I never received a response and had to buy another esim. When I reached out again asking for a refund they informed me there was a problem as there was a typo in my email and said the esim is non-refundable. The issues were all on their end and not mine, yet they refused to give me a refund. Absolutely ridiculous.

Super easy and convenient! Shipped directly to my hotel and drop off in a post office box at the airport. Could not be any more seamless. WiFi connection was solid, and I just needed the backup power bank for the last hour or two after a long day touring Japan. Highly recommend!
