Très satisfait de Japan Wireless. J'ai réceptionné la pochette incluant l'intégralité(boîtier wifi+batterie externe nomade+câble usb+pochette étui de protection+prise A pour recharger sur secteur+enveloppe de retour). Les instructions étaient très claires. Le boîtier a très bien fonctionné et ça a été un bonheur de voyager et d'avoir de la connexion partout même dans des lieux reculés. Je recommande fortement leurs services!

this is my third time renting the Japan wireless pocket wifi. I have been using this pocket wifi on every trip to Japan. Connection is reliable; pickup/drop-off is very easy. Highly recommend.

sometimes the signal gone

Recently used Japan Wireless for a two week family trip around Japan and was very happy with how it performed and the ease of collecting and dropping the router off. We had good coverage, even when out on a river boat trip away from the populated areas. The battery life was good so never had to use the battery pack. Overall I’d recommend Japan Wireless as a convenient way to stay connected for navigating and other online services.

We hired a pocket Wi-Fi from Japan Wireless for a family holiday in Japan, primarily because our cruise ship’s Wi-Fi rates were ridiculous (over £400 per person!). For just under the equivalent of £90, this hub was a fantastic, cost-effective alternative.

It worked flawlessly on land, effortlessly supporting four connected devices at once. The device itself was incredibly simple to set up, thanks to the clear instructions provided. The battery life was solid at about 8–10 hours, and it conveniently came with a small power bank that let us top it up on the go, meaning it never ran out on us.

The collection and return processes were completely hassle-free. We picked it up at the airport upon arrival and simply dropped it into an airport post box (before security) on our final day.

The only minor challenge to note—which is absolutely no fault of Japan Wireless—is that the signal naturally drifts in and out when the cruise is out at sea. Just something to be aware of if you’re planning to use it on a cruise like we did.

Overall, great service and fantastic value for money. Highly recommended!

I was able to book their wifi rental dew times already during my past Japan trips and I can say that every transaction was smooth, from ordering to picking up the unit upto dropping it off to return, no problem was encountered. The internet connection was stable although if you reach certain limit during the day, the connection will be really slow which is understandable and is part of the network’s rules.

All in all, will definitely book them again.

Definitivamente lo recomiendo, es super facil de usar, solo toma un minuto leer las instrucciones y conectarte. La batería de respaldo incluida nos dio tranquilidad y en realidad no tuvimos que utilizarla en ningún momento. Gracias al equipo de Japan Wireless, nos facilitaron mucho la experiencia en Japón. 16 días en Japón, cuatro personas conectadas y perfecto ningún problema de uso ni de recepción ni entrega. Recomendable.

Ho ritirato velocemente il dispositivo all' areoporto di Osaka e per attivarlo ci sono voluti pochi secondi. Ha funzionato bene per tutto il viaggio (lo abbiamo condiviso in 3 persone) e ho utilizzato una delle buche delle lettere presenti nell' areoporto di Tokyo per riconsegnarlo.

The device gave us strong, steady connection throughout the trip. Only in the Tohoku area we lost connection sometimes for a short period, although I think that's normal at the area. Only point to improve: have a picking up point at Terminal 2, where we landed with combined Lufthansa/ANA flight.

I’ve used Japan wireless for my last 5 trips to Japan. As an avid Pokemon go playing family we connect multiple devices and never had an issue. From Sapporo down to Fukuoka and even on the Shinkansen we were always able to access internet. Highly recommend and will use again.

Great delivery of products. The products was delivered to our hotel upon arrival and offer ease of sending them back. I rented before and worked to my satisfaction but this time the pocket wifi and extra battery did not last very long. We had 2 units and still had issues. Seems we had to constantly charge the wifi or the battery. What we ended up doing as a safety precaution was turn only one unit on at a time. Only if we were separated then the 2nd one would be turned on to locate or communicate with one another. Even if we charged it overnight, the next morning it would be at 1/2 battery life.

The router battery would not retain a charge for more than about 2 hours. It did function well otherwise but it was very frustrating that it could only be used for a short time. Other routers that Imhave had from this company were much better, with batteries that lasted for 6-8 hours or more

This was a life saving item during our visit in Japan. Used it mainly for traveling and shopping, it helped us find what we needed/looking for and how to get it and get there. Our company would charge $10 a day per person, this was way cheaper than that. I only wish it had an extra battery pack. Other than that it was a great investment.

I’ve used them every time I go to Japan and it’s so simple.. pick up at the airport, connect ur devices and ur ready to go.. they give u everything charger extra battery and an envelope to return by dropping off at the post box at the airport.

Los cogimos en el aeropuerto de Osaka y lo devolvimos en el de Tokyo. La verdad es que nos ha funcionado estupendamente y nos duraba el día entero. Un 10/10.

2nd time running it through Japan Wireless. 2nd time around were.mucj better than our 1st time go. Totally different and newer model this time at it worked perfectly. We will be back with them again, thank you.
