Ordered a backless bra through the Range. It was supposed to be delivered last Wednesday it's now Monday (a bank holiday yes but still way over the time) I contacted the Range they gave me a tracking number but all Royal mail says is it will update once they try to deliver it! No no good!! I've asked the Range a further 3 times to help but all they keep doing is sending the same tracking number!!!

I am at my wits end with this company. I purchased a laptop over 3 weeks ago. The first one the company claimed was lost in transit. They then sent me a replacement which I made an error on thinking the screen was cracked but it was some remaining screen protector. They said over a week ago they would send back to me and I have not received. The laptop was over 380.00 and they are not responding to emails or calls. I hope they read this and come back to me urgently.

Ordered two Christmas fleece jumper in October 2022 , parcel eventually arrived jan 2023 with only one jumper in it, I have tried through Groupon many many times to resolve the issue and have had no luck what so ever, I get an email asking for order number etc to assist with the refund but I can not even email them back as it doesn’t get delivered… absolute joke of a company taking people’s money and not delivering the good… would recommend avoiding this company

i didnt even want to give one star ? this company is disgusting omg bought off wowcher in january they sent me a keyring explaining the parcel will be sent soon,so i left it for a while we are in march now and i have emailed them and phoned still no parcel all they say is send us name address wowcher order number,then wait 72 hours for a reply, and i asked for a refund no joy there either,does anyone one no what else i can do please looks like everyone is having the same problem?IM FED UP. This company is rubbish shouldn’t sell anything to be honest why are they still selling things. But wowcher sorted it out and I had a refund Thankyou to them WOWCHER .

I wrote a terrible review about this company but after receiving a reply to my review with a new customer email my complaint has now been sorted and i have received my refund in just over a week. I have given this review just on my experience within the last week and not the full experience i have gived 4 as I really wanted the coat i ordered rather than a refund however i found one on market place which was new and only £10 so maybe it was ment to be

Absolutely ridiculous. Not sure what’s going on with this company. I ordered a Stranger Things advent calendar for Christmas for my daughter. I picked it up through Wowcher - click and collect. Very disappointing on collection, it was only A5 size, didn’t bear any resemblance to Stranger Things and there was a big crease in the casing so the spine of the back was creased and contents hanging out. That’s when the trouble started. They offered a replacement which I took as I couldn’t find an alternative and so close to 1st Dec. However, it took forever to get to Wowcher again and too late for Christmas, so I said I didn’t want it and to issue a refund.

However you just then get a weekly (approx) email which just doesn’t bear any resemblance to the actual scenario. It will say for e.g. the item got lost in transit (which it didn’t!!) & sorry we will cause a refund / look into this (repeated weekly). However they’re just stalling all the time. I don’t know how Wowcher can still with dealing with this company and have to take some responsibility (I cc’d them into every email) we’re now at the end of January and the company are still saying they will issue me with a refund. DO NOT USE

Ordered humidifier worth £17 through The Range. Almost 2 weeks already passed, nothing delivered. They take money from you!

Ordered 2 stranger things advent calendars Oct 26th and received nothing to date (Dec 21st) through living social. Little or no response to email chases. Really appalling service, never use

There really should be an option for no stars. I ordered a Stranger Things advent calendar which I have never received. They are clearly working with Wowcher to rip people off.

Awful service, was not on time, product was awful. Not all items in there.
Do not order anything from them. Wowcher will not help you either

It would be zero stars if possible. Ordered a stained glass bird ornament as a present and the quality is shocking, it is nowhere near worth what I paid for it, let alone the RRP. I emailled nearly 10 days ago to complain and still no response, given the other reviews I doubt I will hear anything. Absolute scam and will not be shopping through them or wowcher again. I'm amazed that they are still trading and haven't been investigated as products are misleading and poor quality.

I have finally heard back from them over 2 weeks later via email after emailing wowcher who chased them up for a response. The email I have received is a generic response about delays with items being processed and that my item will now be on its way and in time for Christmas. So on top of selling shockingly poor quality items and only responding to complaints when chased by wowcher, they don't even bother to read your emails and send generic replies back rather than dealing with the issue. Avoid them like the plague, absolutely disgusting company.

I put one star only because I couldn't put no stars! I ordered some stained glass effect bird window hangers. They are absolute junk. Really poor quality. Not at all the same as in the advert. They went straight in the bin. Judging by the reviews I've read most of the goods from this company are cheap and nasty. Buyer beware.

Ordered stranger things advent calendar. Never arrived at all and have emailed querying this, had no response and very much doubt I'll get my money back.

It’s a -5 I order a double zipped handbag on 3/11/22 though Groupon after 2 weeks of emailing them for the where about of my goods , now on Groupon tracking it’s saying delivered but not to me I’ve asked for replacement or refund and tracking information none of which has been confirmed now asked Groupon for help to solve this matter . I feel that Jaoyeh Trading Ltd are scamming people .

Brought a voucher through wowcher for an Advent Calendar was due to be here by 18 November, it still isn't here. Worst customer service ever from Jaoyeh, they are now not responding, have had to ask wowcher to intervene. No idea if I have lost money.

If I could give no stars I would, ordered a stranger things calendar through Wowcher on the 19th November and it arrived today 8th December, it is possibly the worst quality thing I have ever paid for £13.99 plus £3.99 delivery, I will be returning for a full refund, DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM WOWCHER THAT THIS COMPANY SUPPLIES, YOU WILL BE RIPPED OFF AND EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED!!!! ABSOLUTE SH@ITE

I wish to god I had checked trustpilot before I purchased from this compnay via wowcher. My calendar never arrived, its been 6 weeks now, no response from the company, nothing from wowcher. Single parent here who works for the nhs and wanted to buy a stranger things calendar for my daughter, which she wont get now. You horrible people. Scam artists, i can't afford to be ripped off. All I can do now is report them. Merry bloody xmas.
