I ordered 3 jewellery advent calendars. They didn’t arrive & I then read previous poor reviews. I emailed them saying I’d like to order more & they then all arrived. Each one incomplete, I opened prior to December to check!
They did say I could return myself & get proof of posting.
I’d had my card hacked either through this company, Wowcher or Bradford Exchange. So I didn’t want to return & give card details out again.
Do not use this company.

Wish I had checked Trust Pilot first!! I purchased a Wowcher for an advent calendar, first time I’d used Wowcher, didn’t think to check the actual vendor….you’ve guessed it, calendar never arrived, various emails from Jaoyeh blaming Royal Mail…clearly a complete scam, should have thrown my money in the bin…and now I have a very very disappointed daughter!

I'm rating them -5. Haven't received my order and they haven't replied to my email. Disgraceful considering that most of the orders they receive will be for Christmas gifts!

Stranger Things advent Calander is rubbish.
It arrived late and is a load of beads and open links with some charms only half of which are ST related. The box is not a themed box. I am extremely angry about this; I will be talking to Wowcher.

I ordered a stranger things calender from wowcher... firstly it arrived substantially later than it was supposed to.
It's extremely underwhelming to look at with nothing to suggest it's a strangers things calender on the outside.
After 3 days of opening the calender and seeing the cheap garbage inside we opened the full thing and it just got so much worse. Full of broken bits, a cheap link bracelet and the "charms" are just abysmal.

Cost me £18 with p&p but couldn't possibly be worth more than £3 max!

So so disappointing. For anyone still waiting for theres just don't bother with it!
Your child will be more disappointed with this calender than if you told them santa wasn't real!

Discusting company, wish i had read reviews before purchasing. Ordered stranger things advent calendar for my girl should of been delivered by 28/11/22 still waiting for it. Also blame wowcher for advertising and selling on behalf of this company just money makers and not interested in customers at all!!!!!!

Still waiting for the stranger things advent calendar not heard a thing fail to answer the emails and they added an extra £10 on to the price of it.

Ordered two different stranger things advent calendars via wowcher. One was delivered fine. The second was sent out with the wrong postcode. There then followed several weeks of me emailing the company and being ignored sending them Royal Mail screenshots of the progress of the package going everywhere except to me. Given the time sensitivity of ab advent calendar they should have sent a replacement. I now have two disappointed children as I can’t give one to one child and exclude the other. Terrible customer service.

Update - company had the cheek to ask me to contact them as a reply to my review in February for an advent calendar ordered the previous October. I’d sent them 14 emails before Xmas and nothing got done. Another reason to avoid this company like the plague

Advent calendar not arrived stranger things. One distraught daughter. Zero communication from firm.

My stranger Things advent calender has not arrived. No reply from them. Zero customer service. Seems others have exactly the same and the products when they do arrive are not what they advertise. I will go to trading standards.

If I could give zero stars I would! I ordered Stranger Things advent calendar ages ago in a Groupon ad and today received a very odd jewellery advent calendar which has nothing to do with what I ordered - in the same package I received (very bizarrely) birthday cards with my name printed on them from some mental health service in Wales - half written in Welsh - I live in Ireland and haven’t a clue how or why a service in Wales that I’ve never heard of has my address and sends me a birthday card (it’s not my birthday)! this is a complete scam merchant!!

Bought 2 separate items through Wowcher from J & Y - JAOYEH TRADING LTD T/A J&Y. Stranger things advent calendar that has nothing to do with the theme as a HellFire jumper. It’s all knock off stuff. The printed letters on the sleeves are upside down. No email returns. I blame Wowcher for not assisting with getting my refund. Won’t be using any of the 2 again.

Do not EVER use this company. Ordered two advent calendars through WOWCHER . Who are themselves a completely pointless company. Make you believe you are getting a bargain only to turn out to be complete junk.

Thieves !!!! Paid on 14/10 told arrival by 21/10 latest, now lies over postal strikes saying another 20 working days !!!! and Wowcher refusing to refund

I ordered 2 items from this company one was supposed to arrive on the 17/10/2022. I am still waiting they are trying to blame postal service's strike, for delay. And ask me to wait a couple of days more, today is the 9th day and still no parcel. Second parcel was to arrive on 25/10/2022. no parcel arrived. I have looked into the reviews on this site shocking results Anybody that has ordered from this company have never received their order. These items were ordered through Wowcher who must know this companies reputation yet they still sell items on their behalf so they are being fraudulent as well. and investigated.

Ordered a size 14 dress via groupon, came as extra large on 3rd August,
Contacted them straight away , finally had a response late August still awaiting for a refund appalling customer service

Brought some items through groupon absolutely rubbish not as described still trying to get refund through groupon who are not much better will never order from again but I guess you learn through your mistakes I just don’t want anyone else to make same mistake my advise DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS SELLER ITS A CON

Oh how I wish I’d realised that my purchases from The Range Plus were being supplied by this company.
It’s a total nightmare. I ordered some clothing, and the items were misshapen, poor quality and not as described on The Range’s website; unwearable. I’ve rung the Range a couple of times (each call taking an exceptionally long time to get answered), and yet I’ve not had the issue resolved, despite it being almost a week now. It is beyond awful.
So I’m stuck with the items and still desperately trying to get them returned.

Great service, loved the product and fitted perfectly
