This company is fraudulent ordered luxury Christmas crackers for £21 and instead I received hollow cheap crackers with only one joke. Groupon needs to check their merchants before their customers are conned. Will report to trading standards as well as groupon if not resolved. I will also report to Action Fraud to prevent them cheating people out of their money by advertising quality products and instead sending out cheap rubbish.

I ordered Christmas crackers thinking how nice they will look at the table, i have put them in the bin they are nothing like the picture they are cheap.

Horrible product and service! Avoid this seller! Bought a vacum cleaner from them through the B&Q online store. Can’t use the item as it doesn’t work. I have requested a return but they don’t reply.

If I could rate less than one star I would. If you have any issues with this seller, don’t bother trying to contact them. They won’t reply. Avoid avoid avoid!! Bought the stranger things advent via Wowcher - total waste of money, not as advertised at all. And no way to get my money back as of course it’s now been opened. Con artists. Wowcher should be ashamed to be associated with them

and what arrived in the post was not the Electronic Mystery Mega Box: Tier 2 that i ordered.
but a small black plastic envelope with a cheap usb cable inside this company is ripping off there customers with force advertising as they show you pictures of electronic items like a tablet or drone and a cctv camera and they send you cheap crap items in the post and do they have the electrical items that they advertise in stock or is this another lie to get people to place orders and only get cheap crap items in return and not get what they ordered

I placed a order through the range on 28th of last month got a tracking number ! All it says is dispatched order to royal mail its said that for last week now I have rang range and all they do is give me same number !! This was ment to be a Christmas present

Brought their groupon surprise item, got a unuable cheap nasty smart watch, now ive got to pay to get my money back, dont bother buying their tat!!

Absolutely shocking!! Avoid !!! Wish I had read reviews!! Paid £6 for speedy delivery meant to arrive by 5th. No answer on email nor the number they supply!!!! Fuming to say the least!!!

Good product and was delivered fast. The price point was very good too

Received some products we even didn't ordered! On top of that, the products are broken. Package is a grey plastic bag as it came from China! Rubish.... Don't know how they found my address.

Item advertised was not like the item received - purchased through Groupon. Item returned and refunded by Groupon but at my expense. Only answer queries with generic response - no customer service at all. Wouldn't bother

Purchased a tablet from the range for my daughter didn't realize it was sold by third party company such as these the delivery date was over 2 weeks which I found strange as it was using royal mail and there's no service that would ever take that long the same day I ordered item was marked as dispatched and tracking was provided and the status was updated as collected by delivery company by the next day now 9 days later royal mail are still saying they have not received anything from this company all they have done is generated a ticket for the item they have not yet handed it over despite saying 9 days ago it's dispatched and collected by royal mail postal service I have tried and tried to call the number on there website nobody ever answers after reading these reviews I dont expect to ever receive the parcel I can't believe big companies like the range are allowing these discusting companys to sell under there name and damage there reputation like this

I'd give this company zero stars if I could . I ordered 3items through the range. 2 teddy soft fleeced Cardigans. Order on the 22nd October received 2 items on the 4th this morning . to my surprise they looked a mess short they smell & fluff everywhere with just opening it up the 2nd Cardigan size has been removed & looks scabby & it's definitely not new .it been used & it's like a child size unfit to wear .total waste of money cheap tat .the range should be ashamed of themselves being associated with this company + I won't hold my breath waiting on my other item that's not arrived . Waste of £41 .if your ordering from the range make sure you know where your items are coming from + you get no updates & items are not returnable .il be calling the range in the morning .this is unexcepable .

I ordered a hula hoop from this company in August last year. It didn’t arrive and there was no update on my order from the date this order was placed. I’ve emailed but haven’t had a reply.

Slow delivery.

Ordered a solar charger from Groupon and then found it was to be shipped via this company. Quoted 7 working days to deliver. Ordered on the 24th September and after a while I emailed on the 7th October when I was still unable to see tracking information. Magically the goods arrived on the 9th October on a Royal Mail 48hr Delivery.

Can't fault the goods however.

Ordered through The Range. It wasn't clear it was a reseller. Called to cancel within 35 minutes of placing order, and The Range said they would "pass it on". Jaoyeh apparently had already shipped the item by this point (despite not receiving it for a week) and charged for it. They will not accept a return (despite our statutory rights) or offer a refund.

Wish I could rate it 0 stars. I ordered two tops off JAOYEH through Wowcher at a size 16 and they are not even a size 8. £4 delivery per top too. Awful quality and slow delivery. Complained asking for free returns and they have stopped replying to my emails. Daylight robbery and a complete scam.

I ordered 2 watches from this JAOYEH TRADING LTD on 5th June to be delivered 13th June, they did not arrive then I got an email stating they would be delivered 14th June and yet again no delivery then I got told 18th June and WOW I got a delivery but my joyfullness was short lived they sent me the wrong watches and to add to insult the hands on both these watches just swung around the face freely.
I have been emailing and calling but no one answers.
This company is a SCAM selling poundshop products at 4 x the price.
I have got to the point that emails and phone calls to this company are a waste of my time with no refund insight and I WILL NOT BE USING WOWCHER VOUCHERS AGAIN.
Well done guys you really do know how to RIP people off, you don't even VET these companies using your service.

I’ve ordered an electric toothbrush 9th June it’s the 14th now I’ve had no email saying it’s out for delivery, there is no way of contacting them. It seems a long wait to say they’re uk based. Shein don’t take this long and that’s in china.

I ordered a vacuum cleaner from the range on the 10th May. It is now the 7th June.I have contacted several times.The contact forms get deleted as i apparently have "duplicate tickets" but where's the open one that's being dealt with?? Calls just either randomly end on me or i get told that they can't get through to jaoyeh and to wait 4 days for an update...which i never get.so i'm left out of pocket for a dodgy company.Really don't need this stress in my last month of pregnancy.
