Do not use this company!!
Failure to deliver with in allotted time frame, all the tracking system says is that it is in=transit and has been for over 10 days now ( could walk to Swansea and back in less time ). Their site offers no phone number to contact them and after reading all the other Trustpilot reviews I wish I had stayed away as I guess my money may have been ripped off.

Only 1 item was correct.
I ordered 4 pieces of jewellery through the Range. 3 different pairs of earrings and a watch. I received 2 pairs of the same design and 1 that I didn't even order. The watch has not arrived yet, I have just read the reviews and am not convinced that I will get the correct design that I ordered. I wish I'd seen the reviews before I ordered. I have been in touch with the Range and am awaiting their reply. I have also got 4 more pieces of jewellery on my wishlist from the Range but I won't be ordering them if I have no joy from my first order. I hope Jaoyeh come through for me.
Update. 2 more items have arrived and I have now sent info to Jaoyeh. Raising their star rating because of their positive response.
Update 2. Dealt with Jaoyeh directly. Their customer care is second to none and so quick to respond positively. They deserve the 5 stars I have now given them. Thank you Jaoyeh. Kim. P.S. If you have any complaints, get in touch with Jaoyeh first.

If I could give them 0 stars I would. Ordered a raincoat from The Range. Not realising It was coming from this company. When it arrived it wouldn't stand a small shower let alone rain. I have tried contacting Jaoyeh which goes straight to voicemail and cuts off before I can finish message. And The Range have only sent two automated e mails. So 2 1/2 weeks on I have heard nothing from anyone and seems I have wasted £25.
Do not trust this company.
So, as you see I have had a response from the company to contact them, which I have now done. Let's see what happens.
So, it's now 12th July and no return label sent either via e mail or home .
As I said before , do not trust.

The above response from JAOYEH is NOT true I have not received a refund. I paid by PAYPAL and the refund is not there.
I bought this product: STYLISH FITNESS TRACKER Pik /0618 – Colour PINK - Order Number: 319950

and it does not work. I have been trying to charge it for 2 days now and it is damaged. I have emailed JAOYEH and telephoned several times. There is no one picking up the telephone and they have not replied to my emails.
I would like the company to replace or refund me but there is no-one paying attention to my request.

Ordered a FitPro Fitness tracker through Groupon on May 22nd.. Has been 15 days and the item is still preparing to ship. Poor experience won't be using again.

Ordered cutlery sets through the range marketplace. Not as described or as advertised. Can’t get a return address from anyone so now I’m £30 down and awful items. Don’t be ripped off! Would give zero stars if I could, and don’t expect a reply that’s not all lies! I was never sent a returns label and the advert on the range was for 16 piece!

I also see that you requested to cancel the order which we were unable to do as the order had been processed and dispatched which you were informed about.
You also only ordered 2 sets of cutlery with equals 8 pieces not 16 like you were expecting

I ordered a Fitpro Adult Fitness Tracker on April 21st through Groupon. It came fairly quickly. I thought I was following the instructions but I was having a lot of trouble synchronising/connecting the tracker and contacted Jaoyeh. They were very helpful and eventually it worked and synchronised with the app. The product was fine...it was me. Thank you.

Ordered 4 body shaper singlets but one came with a tear around the hem. Reached out to customer support via email and got responses within 10mins. Fiona was very helpful and solved my issue by promising to send a replacement as soon as possible. I recommend the company

Although it said 5-7 working days for delivery, when I track it, it is still being prepared for shipping. I emailed yesterday but no reply as yet. Wish I'd bought 1 elsewhere now. Terrible company . Terrible company. Ordered a n item and should have been delivered 2 weeks ago but still waiting. Sent 3 emails but not yet had any replies, also checked the tracking details and up till now it seems the package is still in the packing stage. Dreadful service, won’t be ordering from them again
