Been a week waiting for my product, no reply back on email and no tracking number whatsoever, no point trying to shop with them next time.

Repeatedly emailed but to no avail. I bought a Jewellery calender through wowcher. No delivery update or tracking number provided its passed the delivery date and still no communication. Wish I had read the reviews before placing order but you expect it to be legit if it's on wowcher website.

Update 1: 12th December still no package and though they have asked for more information here to look into it they have not got back to me to my emails nor to the response here

Update 2: 14th December Still no communication and still no package. Only responding to negative reviews to seem like they are doing something but no communication happens beyond the messages people can see.

Update 3: 15th December Recieved Email with tracking number, item still hasn't been dispatched/ received by Royal Mail.

Update 4: 20th December Parcel finally received; calender didn't look like the one advertised, contents was at least worth £20 at a push certainly not the £50 odd it was supposedly reduced from.

Ordered through the range and not received my order that’s supposed to be due today or tomorrow. My tracking has not updated since the 22nd of November I have sent email regards to this and no reply my order number is W22149990-6M-V

I've emailed twice but no reply and just contacted B&Q as I placed the order via their website, it appears to gave been received in my local Parcel Shop in Preston on 1st December and on 4th December was sent to Swindon, can somebody please advise what's happening? If I'd have read reviews earlier I never would have placed the order, v disappointing and.......I can't get to speak to anybody about it!

Following the Company's response on 11th December can I please reiterate that you received my order on 29th November.... .

Still awaiting a response on order 48510644......no delivery and no response to emails and no other way of contacting them......Do not use.

Still waiting for my order which was meant to be delivered yesterday order number is 48634541, I need it for today!!!!

Order expected 27/11 and I’m still waiting. Emailed twice with no response. Automated acknowledgement email contains contact phone number that is disconnected. Dreadful.

I ordered 3 packages from this company via Groupon. They state 10 working days for delivery. I ordered them early November and still haven’t received 2 of them and I am unable to track the delivery because they provided an invalid tracking reference number. One package came within the 10 day time frame, so why haven’t the others when they are coming from the same place?? No way of contacting the company for an update other than via Groupon. Very poor company, save your money shop elsewhere!

I’m not sure what planet your system is on but that is not one of my order numbers.

Bought silver mystery box via Groupon silver tier , actually forgot I ordered came through the letter box, on the description it says you may get a cutlery set, I expect a set of cutlery to be at least 4 of each, what I received was 4, one fork, knife, spoon and teaspoon, what a rip off, Please AVOID and save your money, shame it does not offer option of feedback on groupon but I will be letting them know they should not promote this rip off

Bought something from them through Wowcher was meant to be delivered on or before 15/11 and had nothing. Emailed them 3 times and so have Wowcher. Have asked on many occasions to be cancelled as I’ve had to purchase elsewhere and now all of a sudden been told it’s been dispatched. Bit late now after I asked for it to be cancelled. Going to be stuck with 2 and I refuse to pay postage to return when not my fault. Communication is shocking. Avoid this company 😡😡😡 funny how they are replying to people on here though but not emails 😡

My mistake I put a bad review regarding this company thinking it was pat of the range, turns out itny, since my review the company has sorted out my order and hopefully will now get my delivery.

Ordered from Groupon, says estimated 10 working days for delivery. Supposedly dispatched to royal mail 10 days ago now and seriously doubt its going to magically appear tomorrow. No response from customer service.

A con of a company purchased voucher through Groupon ear pods arrived would not charge then looked on another site this article being sold for 2.99 surprised Groupon are actually allowing this company to trade with don’t waste your money

I’ve purchased two items from jaoyeh.
The email address that it was given to one customer on here. I’ve emailed them. Apparently my email bounced back. I would like to contact them regarding I’ve never had a receipt although it’s been taken from my account.

Redeemed my voucher for a fitness tracker on the 11-10-2024 checked on progress stated item would be delivered on or before 17-10-2024. Then the progress option was no longer available. Sent email on the 18-10-2024 informing the company that my fitness tracker hadn’t arrived. They replied later in the evening on the same day telling me to be patient and wait as it had been sent. I replied asking when and could they supply a tracking number am awaiting an answer.
Just wish that I had looked at the reviews before I paid for something that I’m not going to receive.

Ordered a cabinet from them on Sept 9. Email confirmation includes a tracking link that goes to a different company. No surprise that my order number "is not found" when I try to track. My bank statement shows THIS company as receiving payment. My order was a scam and I'm out over $100 and no cabinet. Do not order from this company!

Recently bought a dash cam using a living social voucher. Was told my order would arrive on or before 2/9/24 however no tracking was available. I have emailed them multiple times this past week but have got no response regarding my purchase.

Well to start off they need to quit taking people's money and not delivering on the product they said it was trusted and secure what a joke never order from this company

Ordered something nearly 2 weeks ago !!! As yet not received anything. Looks like this is a cowboy company like a lot of others. Would like a refund if not getting the item.

I have order travel bags by this company for more then 10 days it is stug at packige is handed over to courier service.I hope someone can assist me hear because no joi on the email address on the side as I have email a few times with no response. Please assist me ore refund me easy.
