ordered a mega mystery box original price £60, reduced to £15 and never arrvied.

What a load of tat in the surprise box I’d be embarrassed as a business to supply a customer with so much rubbish and after waiting from 9/12 to 20/12 before receiving it and then throwing in the bin.

Tracking number supplied when they mailed to say item has been despatched.
Royal Mail states that they are yet to receive a package.
I work in trading standards and so will be contacting my colleagues in the companies local area. It would appear other parties may also need to get involved given the feedback I have now seen on here.
IT FINALLY ARRIVED AND WAS A LITTLE BOX FULL OF 1980'S CHRISTMAS CRACKER BUMPH THAT YOU WOULDNT LET A CHILD PLAY WITH.

I wish I had read these reviews before I purchased some Christmas lights. Avoid this company at all costs because it seems to me that they have no intention of completing any order. They marked my order as dispatched and should be delivered on 11th or 12th December but so far nothing. I have tried to chase this up via B&Q because I made the order through their web site they were surprised that no tracking information was supplied and will be looking into it. I will be contacting my bank for a charge back.
In reply to your reply yes received on 27/12/2024 so in time for next Christmas and I should be grateful for that should I? I don’t think so. Your customer service is appalling. And where was the tracking details that you promised to send me? ….and if you didn’t send them you would refund my money 🤔 I’ll wait 😡

received an Ipad in my 20 piece mystery box!!!

What can I say. Thieves...Bandits...Scammers. I paid £10 for a mystery box which came with about 20 items of what can only be described as dangerous crap. Couldn't give it to kids as they would choke. Tiny plastic car, dinosaurabout 1 inch, plastic frog head in plastic dome !!! , plastic watch, 4 or 5 pokemon sticker's, 2 crayons a tiny useless plastic torch, a protractor and a tiny plastic whistle which is really dangerous. It's so bad it's good. Everyone that's seen it have laughed till they wet themselves. Tried contacting. No chance. Just avoid like the plague. What I don't get is HMRC are attached to their online page. Surely they should report them to the police.

BEWARE ...Ordered Swarovski christmas crackers on 3rd december through wowcher. They have not turned up, no follow up to my emails engaged with, no tracking, had to open disputes through my bank and clearpay to try and get my money back.

Avoid this company—they are scammers!

I have previously bought joblot boxes from eBay and had a good experience, which is why I fell for their "mystery box" offer in groupon, advertised as worth £60 but sold for £15. I wish I had received nothing rather than the very cheap items I got. The box contained small party favors, each worth just a few pennies. One of the items was even a single crayon!

If I could give zero stars I would. Ordered parcel on 1st December and paid for next day delivery. Now 16th still no delivery or refund which has been requested. Ordered through Wowcher so they should help, but have washed their hands of it!!

Ordered 3 mystery boxes through Groupon. Only received 2 of the 3 boxes and the stuff that was inside was appalling, other than a couple of cheap watches the rest was 20p gumball toys! I realise it's a gamble but you would at least expect the box to hold the value you paid (paid £14 for each box from the original £60 they were supposed to be) will not be buying again! complete rip off! Groupon should remove this!

Disgusting company keep asking for a refund due to package not arriving still waiting! So logging a fraud case against them with relevant people or bank trading standards and ombudsman!!

I ordered the package on 27th November from Groupon order no. 1006726135 and it has been stuck at 'preparing to ship' ever since. Was supposed to receive within 10 working days and it doesn't even appear it has been sent as yet. Have sent an e mail a few days ago but no response, looking at all these reviews I wish I hadn't bothered buying it I am surprised Groupon still have this on their website to be honest.

Update 16/12/24: have now received parcel which was a mega mystery box original price £60, reduced to £15 and the stuff inside it I would say is barely worth £5. Half of the stuff is what would probably get from a christmas cracker. Definitely no where near worth £15 and if anyone would have paid £60 for this i dare say trading standards would have something to say about it, absolutely appalled. I know it was a mystery box but I would still expect it to be worth the value you pay. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY, THEY ARE SCAMMERS.

Orderd from groupon 2 mystery boxes its been 2 weeks and still processing order. What is going on

Ordered on December 2nd still waiting for my Christmas pillows. Very disappointed. Wanted to get them for grandchildren. Ordered from the Range. Order number W22404078

So update from my last review still no item and no email from their so called customer service.
Got a so called tracking number which Royal Mail confirmed as still not having the item or it being sent through their system.
Also I you look at the reply to my review you will notice they have replied to all the negative reviews on the same day making it look like the customer is wrong when in fact all of us have been ripped off.
They will say they are not J&Y global even tho their own link goes to that website they obviously think consumers are idiots.
Tomorrow Wowcher are contacting me to see if the item has arrived which it has not as will not arrive as it has not been sent proof will be give to Wowcher from Royal Mail and the company will be getting investigated by Wowcher for fraud.

Ordered from Groupon on 28 November 24, says estimated 10 working days for delivery. Supposedly dispatched to royal mail 11 days ago now, I Have Royal Mail tracking number, but Royal Mail said they are still waiting for the item from the seller.
I seriously doubt it’s going to magically appear and I have been scammed. Emailed seller twice, but No response from customer service.

Update: the mystery box finally arrived, but the contents were rubbish and no way was it worth £60RRP…..more like £1….

Like others on here, I redeemed a Wowcher with this company, for an advent calendar. I paid an additional £10.99 for delivery on Monday 9th December. the item has still not arrived and I have received no communication in reply to multiple emails. I am now commencing legal proceedings through the small claims court to get my money back.
