Ordered an antitheft crossbody bag via Groupon on 8 January. Received email on 9 January to say it had been despatched and provided Royal Mail tracking number. Still not received to date and have just checked Royal Mail's website - no update since 9 January when it was despatched. Emailed the Jaoyeh Trading on Friday, have not even responded to that. Money already out of bank. Disgraceful. Should not take money until products received by buyer. Will not be using this company either via their website or any other website

I received this Mega box (surely against the Trade Descriptions Act) and what a lot of rubbish it was in a very small box. Toys?? not even good enough for a Christmas cracker. They seemed reluctant to want to refund my money but I did eventually get a return label and now I await the refund!!

That's okay .trading standards it is then.you only had to send mega box you advertised. By the way royal mail had to repackage the crap box of stuff as it had split with hole in box when it arrived.my main concern was the dangerous stuff you sent lethal for small children choke hazard.the crap that was sent .ignoring everything I said. As for writing reviews about you on same product .if you had readdress issue

Ordered mega box through Groupon for a Christmas present
Although guaranteed Christmas delivery the box did not arrive until last week
Frequent contact with company but no real help other than told to wait for the delivery.
Small (very small-not mega) box finally arrrived full of plastic toys that were cheap nasty and dangerous!
Company responded to my complaint saying this was a lottery and you do not expect a refund if you do not win!
Stay clear of this company
And groupon-what are you doing associating with them?

Received a smeg kettle and toaster fast and the product looks great in my kitchen, the CEO got in touch with me to offer me a free gift xmas gift

I bought the mystery technology box apparently £60 for £10... from Groupon not even £5 One thousand four hundred and seventyworth of value, dangerous plastic trinkets including a toy car. The toy car split the top of my partners thumb, not only is it a package full of rubbish it is DANGEROUS RUBBISH...

Seems like I'm not the only one to have been conned by a Groupon 'deal'. Ordered the silver mystery box which should contain wine glasses and other items but received a plastic travel cutlery set for 1. The only mystery is how are these guys still allowed to trade! Update to reply- could or should makes no difference. I still received plastic £shop tat which was nowhere near the value of the advertised 'box'

I thought it's a joke when I got my order. I didn't wait to much for £17, but the items was ridiculous. Can't get return , can't get refund.

DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY! AVOID, AVOID, AVOID.
Didn't deliver what they said they would, ignored most emails and never showed any sign of trying to resolve the issue. If they were as quick to respond/resolve issues as they are to clap back on here they might get 2 stars.

No surprise they've responded on here to look good as if they look into things. They've got countless emails from me that they haven't responded to so why would I then play the game to make them look competent on here!

Don't trust when they say:

They state that you can get anything from kettles, irons to smart tablets in your mystery box, impossible my mystery box was 6insx2x2. I believe Groupon should refund us all as our contract was made with them and they showed the enticing pictures on their site, people ask how they sleep at night, they don't their too busy counting the money they've robbed from us all. There's obviously hundreds of people been affected by the scams so I think something should be formed and both Jaoyeh and Groupon really taken to task

All I can say is if I want to make Christmas crackers the MEGA BOX has supplied the contents.

Ordered the mystery box through Groupon on the 9th December, nothing has arrived, was told there was a delay because the weather in Wales... they have acknowledged that they have taken too long, said it would be here latest yesterday but still not here. Based on what everyone's saying about the crap you get inside, I'm not even sure I want to recieve it 😂😂 emailed them loads of times since, no response.

UPDATE - After finding the CEO on Facebook, he was very helpful, very kind, and sorted it all out, he made me a mystery box himself which was very generous. He was very apologetic and unlike other places was ready to resolve the problem!

Then about 2 days ago I receive the original mystery box intended for me, a box of plastic crap, kids party bag junk.

So what I want to say if realistically, it's not worth it, you won't get your moneys worth unless you chase the CEO for it..

I was sent an ipad as an apology which was lovely but it's so old you can't even download any of the apps we all use. 😂

Ordered something through The Range website which have allowed this scam company to advertise on their own marketplace. They've taken money from a vulnerable adult and not delivered the product or even a response and no surprises....The Range don't care that they do this. 3 weeks and nothing except lost money to show for it.

Ordered a mystery box from them through Groupon. Value supposed to be £60, paid £15. Lucky if the rubbish that was sent is worth £10.

Ordered 11 items from the mystery offer as I fell for this scam. 4 items arrived and was extremely disappointed with the cheap tacky products they sent. 1 was a Bluetooth ear piece that looked as though it was from the 90s, then I received 3x cheap wireless earphones that sound tinny. Utter crap!!! Can't be bothered to get excited for the other items on there way if they ever do turn up as I'm sure they will continue with the same cruddy trend!

Yep just as I predicted , more cheap earbuds and a cheap flimsy Bluetooth earpiece.
Love how the company has replied below for more information to show willing to everyone reading this . All the message asked was for contact details which they already have!

I received my £14.99 mystery box, purchased through Groupon. What a load of crap, it contained a couple of cheap watches, a hands free ear thing for your ph5,again cheap and a handful of tiny plastic toys that you would get in a Christmas cracker. Don't buy this product a load of shit
