I couldn’t find the g8 remote & the delivery guys patiently waited til i found it & they were both so good about it. They quickly & efficiently put the lounge suite together. From start yo finish they were amazing. Thank you David & Michael.

I received my white Mandalay Chest of Drawers (6 drawers) and am delighted with the product!
Very sturdy, solid build, easy opening drawers and has a gorgeous Hampton/ French Provincial look.
Delivery service was excellent, from the communication and tracking online, to the lovely men, Sammy and Lucky, who unboxed, placed it in my room and took all the packaging away. Very helpful, professional and friendly staff. I can highly recommend purchasing from James Lane for well made, beautiful furniture!

Extremely disappointed with the warranty process at James Lane. We spent $4,500 on a couch and received the wrong slip cover for the base despite the labelling on the box and cover both stating it was correct. After raising this through their warranty claim process, we were told repeatedly to “follow the instructions” and that the warehouse confirmed the correct item had been sent. My husband attempted to fit the cover multiple times, even with a second person helping, and it simply does not fit.
We provided photos numerous times and explained the issue repeatedly, only to be met with the same response. When we asked for the replacement to be sent to our current address, we were told this wasn’t possible, since their courier doesn’t service our area. On top of that, they refuse to cover the cost of shipping the faulty cover back to their warehouse, leaving us to foot the bill for return shipping on an item that was wrong due to their error in the first place.
For a $4,500 product, I expected a straightforward resolution when something arrives faulty . Not weeks of back-and-forth, repeated explanations, and being made to pay for their mistake. Would not recommend if you’re hoping for decent after-sales support.
It’s frustrating to see a brand invest in influencer partnerships and brand image while paying customers are left to cover the cost of the brands own mistakes.

This was my first experience with James Lane (Helensvale store). I was very impressed with the quality of stock, the variety of furnishings available and the ascetics of the store itself. I encountered an amazing and knowledgeable salesperson who genuinely assisted me with a complete bedroom makeover. I had such a wonderful experience and highly recommend James Lane in Helensvale 100%. I will most definitely be a returning customer.

I have brought many items from James lane and have absolutely loved them. And staff are super lovely and helpful. And big love to Stacey at the Logan store…. She needs a raise that lady!

Fantastic service , a breath of fresh air to come into the Nunawading James Lane and experience very helpful staff & nothing was too much trouble.

Have just moved up to the Gold Coast and needed to buy a new bedroom set and a few bits and pieces so visited James Lane at Homeworld Helensvale. Was met with Craig when I entered the store who gave me great customer service from the beginning and helped me to find what I needed! When I had picked out the one I wanted to buy Craig unfortunately did not have any in stock in store but he still went out of his way to try find it within other stores to send to me before 4 weeks but had no luck! That was okay as I was fine to wait anyway but the effort was much appreciated. Then just a week and a half later Craig then called me to let me know that he managed to find the bedroom set for me earlier and he could have it delivered to my apartment within a day or two! Such great customer service! 4 week wait turned into just a week and a bit. Thank you and I will definitely be recommending James Lane at Homeworld Helensvale to my family and friends. The lady in store was so friendly and helpful as well but unfortunately did not get her name! Will be back again. Thanks, Tori :)

Great work and timely service

Rated 3 stars overall due to a poor customer service experience with a warranty claim that required me to go through the Office of Fair Trading for resolution.

5 stars for delivery team Ritchie and Josh who were fantastic, and big thanks to the warehouse staff who made sure that the replacement table didn’t have the same issues as the original.

Anne from James lane robina is a weapon. Sorted us out easy as, she deserves a payrise. Absolute legend.

Staff were happy to provide advice and discuss product options. When I called the store the following day, they were friendly and happy to set aside my items for collection later that day.

They were nice guys and quick.

Mark my word. The entire Complaints Division of this company is filled with staff whose sole job is to make it so difficult and painful to lodge a claim and see it through, that you just give up.

Don't pay attention to their replies to these negative reviews apologising and saying to "reach out" to them. This is a lie, provided to make it seem as though they care. They don't.

Their cheap furniture, which I've seen in Chinese trade shows for much much less than the retail price, is poorly made rubbish and their store policy in referring all returns or claims to the online claims team because it's "easier" is as illegal as it is cop out.

Don't buy furniture from this dodgy company. They can afford to replace broken furniture and be good at customer service, but they don't as they just don't give a s$-t.
