We researched this on behalf of the customer, and it appears that the reason it couldn’t re-set the password was an account was not created at checkout. We don’t require an account to be created as gift basket purchases are somewhat infrequent for most people. Since an account and password weren’t created, it couldn’t send a password re-set email.
They LOVED their gifts!!
I gave these gift baskets to family members, and I have never heard them give so many compliments. They all told me that they have never gotten a basket where they loved every single item in the basket without exception. I will be ordering these again!!

Ted from IONG worked with us to get our gift bags out on time (we chose the Big Colorado Hug) and we've had nothing but glowing reviews from everyone! They even attached a card with our logo on it! So easy to work with, quality items from small businesses, and smiles on all our employee's faces! We will absolutely be using them again in the future as a company, but also, I'll be turning to them for personal gifts, too!
