I sent a fairly expensive gift basket to a friend recovering from surgery. After not hearing from them for a couple days I reached out and she told me she hasn’t received it. I checked the delivery confirmation date and, and she checked her security cameras for the date it was stated to have been delivered and there were no deliveries. UPS told me to reach out to the company. When I reached out to them, they basically told me tough luck and offered me a 20% discount to repurchase from them. Very disappointing experience.

The ordering process was easy and the order fulfilled quickly. I love what I ordered. It's unique and well made and exactly what I was looking for. Will definitely purchase from this company again!

We've sent boxes/baskets several times for various occasions. This time it was Halloween baskets for our kids and grandkids. They loved them! Fun product choices and shipped on time.

My purchase was intended for international delivery, which the company doesn't currently offer, so my input was accurate. Love the make your own basket option with a wonderful variety of choices. Great and responsive customer service.

It was a bit time-consuming because I chose "create your own" but I wanted to personalize my gift. I loved all the available choices and was happy with the final result.

The website was easy to use! I was able to scan through and add and remove products easily.

I'm removing a star for 2 reasons: 1- I couldn't find a button to click on the product for more info.
2- I'd like more organic food product choices.
