We researched this customer’s order and tracked the shipping. It was ordered on a Tuesday evening and was custom built and shipped the next business day on Wednesday. Stated shipping times are 2-5 business days depending on distance. With this particular order the location would be the longer end of that delivery time frame. The customer registered this review after 2 business days, however, the package was delivered by UPS on the 5th business day.

I love It's Only Natural Gifts! This month's order was for a beloved nephew, graduating high school, and the gift basket (bag) was perfect. The recipient was delighted, "great combination of useful, yummy, and fun!" And I needed the order to ship out on a certain date to arrive on a specific date - and the folks at Only Natural made it happen - they always take care with these details. I am getting to the point where I try to use them for all my gift needs!

They go above and beyond
They go above and beyond! When customizng a photo tote bag for me they called and emailed me to check if I was happy with the photo I had sent them. They waited for me to respond and then the bag appeared on my doorstep the very next day. Amazing service!
