Perfect Gift Basket
A friend who lives out-of-state has suffered a few losses over the past 6 months so I wanted to send her something to lift her up. I Googled "box of sunshine" and It's Only Natural Gifts popped up. I chose it over the others because the store is local to where I live. There are several options to choose from with a wide range of items. It was very easy to create the gift basket. They keep you informed of the shipping status every step of the way which I appreciated. My friend was very happy with the items she received. I will definitely be shopping with It's Only Natural Gifts again.

Very overpriced and appears items were missing
Seems like a good idea, but very overpriced for what showed up. It appears not all the items chosen were delivery. Would not recommend and will not use again.

We researched this order; the customer created a custom gift basket as many customers do. We have processes to ensure customers get everything they order in a custom gift basket. The gift was built and shipped on time. We reached out to this customer via phone and email to address their concerns and understand what it was that did not meet their expectations, however, we did not receive a return phone call or reply from the customer.
