Stressed out mom loves her gift basket

I sent my sister a gift basket for the holidays, and she loved it! She said it was thoughtfully put together, from the bag it came in, to the card that was attached, and all the goodies that were inside. She is obsessed with the lavender caramels! Thank you for a wonderful experience.

Unbelievably Great Company

Unbelievable company! I was never a gift basket kind of guy, but I received one from them and I have sent out multiple baskets to friends and family because of the quality. Super friendly staff and owner. Thank you so much

Excellent range of pre-designed…

Excellent range of pre-designed baskets. Great to be able to select additional items to include in basket. Recipients always very impressed by quality and uniquely natural items.

Shipping/billing mess

Collecting the information for billing and shipping data
Was a disaster. I had to do it four different times and it kept auto filling in the billing address as the shipping address. I kept correcting it. I almost gave up. Your website is totally screwed up. Extremely hard to navigate. Very poorly developed.

Processing/Shipping/Delivery time

Shipping cost versus processing/shipping and delivery time caused me to review with 3 stars or average performance. The gift and products I was searching for were marketed as a sympathy gift for a loss in the family and I therefore was expecting a faster processing/shipping and delivery time to console the family in loss.

Simply the Best!

And family and friends who've received gift baskets say the packaging and presentation are beautiful. It's Only Natural has become my gifting go-to for two years running, and counting!

Great Customer Service!

I just found this site and I was so happy to send a gift basket with treats made in Colorado to my brothers who live in New Jersey. I needed to change the delivery date with an order placed the day before and the customer service representative was fantastic! She was polite and responsive and made the changes I requested without a problem. Thanks!
