This is a scam. Bought a test for 50cents and this scam company has now charged 39GBP twice from my card. Impossible to find a way out of this. I want my money back.

Do not use this service

I did the test back in August 2024, I made sure I unsubscribed straight after as I didn't want to pay for the subscription.
I received an email confirming a cancellation, but I have been charged the subscription fee this morning.
How can they charge for something that I have cancelled 6 months ago?

SCAM, DON'T SUBSCRIBE THE TRIAL!!!

This fraudulent company is to be avoided at all costs. In August 2024, I took a test at a cost of 0.50€, well aware of their “24-hour test” policy and in fact immediately deactivated the service afterwards. The quality of the test is really bad, not even worth spending a penny. I have never accessed the service again since that day.

However, the most unbelievable and absurd thing is that on February 24, 2025, almost 7 months later, without reason and without authorization I found a charge from them of 48.90€. Basically, they used my credit card information stored in their systems since August to make an unauthorized charge and reactivate the service.

Clearly I had to block the card and have them resend it to me for security reasons, as it was now compromised, and initiate a complaint and chargeback process with my bank to recover the amount. They respond to all the negative reviews by inviting the users to contact them to resolve the issue, which I obviously did, and although the evidence was clear they gave evasive answers and denied the refund in any way.

NEVER EVEN DO THE 24 HOUR TRIAL! THEY USE YOUR CREDIT CARD INFORMATION TO MAKE CHARGES MONTHS APART EVEN IF YOU DEACTIVATED THE SERVICE!

Charged even after cancellation in Trial Period 6 months later!!!

I did the IQ test for £0.50 on 6th of August 2024. Immediately cancelled after that, as you can cancel within 24 hours. Fast forward 25/02, I was charged £49.07. I am speaking with a representative, who stated that I was charged because I didn't cancel within 24hrs, even after showing evidence that I did. I copy and pasted irrefutable email correspondence between myself and a representative on the day I took the test, and they are still adamant on charging me. I would avoid this company, as its clearly scammy.

Took an IQ test for 0,50 Euro with a promise that you can cancel your subscription any time, however there is nowhere you can access your account settings to do so. I have written an email to ask for directions on how to cancel, but am afraid they will charge my creditcard a subscription I'm not interested in. Only wanted the test. Na 24 uur automatisch abonnement

Lees de kleine lettertjes goed! Mijn dochter had een IQ test gedaan en moest toen €0,50 betalen voor het resultaat. Ze mocht mijn creditcard gebruiken.
24 uur later is er €49 afgeschreven voor maandelijkse abonnementskosten.
Nadat dit gezien is direct opgezegd, maar ook hier weer in de kleine lettertjes: geen geld terug (ook niet gedeeltelijk) maar toegang stopt ook direct.
Dus WEL EEN HELE MAAND BETALEN maar niet een hele maand mogen gebruiken.

IQ test klopt ook niet want blijkbaar niet slim genoeg om hier in te trappen.

Unauthorized Subscription Charge

I knew about this page, I did the test and I realized that there was a subscription, which I canceled the same day months ago more exactly 25/07/2024 and got charged today exactly 20/02/2025 does not make any sense,so by surprise I realize that I have been charged the payments of a non-existent subscription since I canceled it at the time but seems like the renewed it themselves on their own.This does feel like a scam since as I have mentioned I canceled all the charges coming from this page, I have also tried to contact them and there is no response, so will I have to resort to legal methods because i want my money back

I had a similar experience with this service. Out of curiosity, I paid the advertised 0.50 EUR (displayed prominently in large, bold font on their homepage) to access my IQ test results. The test itself was well-designed and even recommendable.

However, the company employs dishonest tactics: buried in small, pale-colored text on their website is a clause stating that users are automatically enrolled in a monthly subscription unless they cancel within 24 hours. This critical term is deliberately obscured, making it easy to miss.

While the company exploits legal loopholes to trick customers into subscriptions is shameful and unethical.

To the company: You may continue to hide behind "compliant" fine print to trap users, but such tactics erode trust and damage your reputation. Transparency would serve you better in the long term.
I recommend everyone NOT to make any online payment for such a test.
