I got a test for a 0,50 and the next day I received a payment of 49.70 saying that since a didn't cancel the subscription I will automatically enter they subscription plan. Imagine my surprise I call and I ask for a cancellation but they didn't even refund a part of the money and I really consider it a scam.i am in a point in which I really need the money.

J'ai passé le test QI qui était affiché comme étant "vraiment gratuit". Après avoir passé un long moment à répondre aux 50 questions du test, on me demande de payer pour voir le résultat. Publicité trompeuse et mensongère ! Et même si le prix n'est que de 1 euro, ce n'est pas honnête quand on annonce quelque chose de gratuit. Et pire encore, en lisant bien on découvre qu'on s'inscrit à un abonnement. De telles pratiques sont tout simplement honteuses.

After doing a test as a group, I was the only one with a card that would work ok the website. I paid for myself and 2 others (50pence trial). Then have been charged £49.70 THREE TIMES, despite having cancelled the subscription after payment and emailing the company to receive confirmation of the cancellation. Now having to discuss with my bank to block the retailer.

Ich kann nur dringend davon abraten, sich bei IQMind zu registrieren. Ich habe nie bewusst ein kostenpflichtiges Abo abgeschlossen, und dennoch wurden mir seit November 2024 monatlich 48 € abgebucht – insgesamt mehrere hundert Euro für ein angebliches „E-Book“-Abo, das mir nie transparent kommuniziert wurde.
Die Seite lockt mit einem IQ-Test oder Gratisangebot, und irgendwo im Kleingedruckten versteckt sich ein extrem teures Abo. Eine klare Preisangabe, eindeutige Zustimmung oder Vertragszusammenfassung vor Abschluss gab es nicht – das verstößt aus meiner Sicht gegen geltendes Verbraucherschutzrecht.
Eine Kündigung ist umständlich, Reaktionen auf E-Mails bleiben aus oder sind ausweichend. Der Support wirkt automatisiert, professionell ist das Ganze nicht. Ich empfinde das Vorgehen als gezielte Irreführung mit dem Ziel, langfristig Geld einzuziehen, ohne echte Gegenleistung.
Ich werde den Fall an meinen Zahlungsanbieter sowie die Verbraucherzentrale weitergeben und kann jedem nur empfehlen: Hände weg von IQMind!

Do not try this, they took my credit card after they say that it was going to be one payment of $.50 for getting my results, they didn’t mention nothing about our subscription, and they took €100 from me because we were doing the test and because he didn’t charge the first time they charged me two times for two subscriptions, I need to talk to my bank and cancel this payment. I did not accept it.
I tried to contact them and I have no answer from them, it’s €100, come on!!!!

After completing the "free iq test" I was met with a 50p charge to get my results I thought oh well I can spend it on worse. After paying that I found that it had set up a subscription of £50 p/m after it gave no indication of this, total scam stay well back

non seulement que j'ai juste voulu passer un test à 0.5€, je me suis trouvé entrain de payer 49.7€ juste après 2 jours.
non seulement que j'ai pas pu résilier l'abonnement sur mon profil du site, mais après que je suis facturé j'ai reçu aucun mail, aucune facture ou aucune confirmation de paiement. rien indiqué à propos le paiement.
J'ai appelé le conseillé par téléphone,il m'a montré que c'est écrit en petits caractères sur la page de paiement et que c'est impossible de me rembourser et blablabla, mais juste après que j'ai commencé à lui dire que je vais écrire des mauvais commentaires partout à propos ce site, il m'a dit que le remboursement va être effectué en quelques jours.
méfier vous de ce genre des sites et pensez bien avant de mettre vos coordonnées.
