It clearly advertised that answers will come up on screen immediatley after completion of the 20 minute I.Q test but guess what? It immediatley asked for my email address, disgusting!
I stupidly filled in the test it took me 17 minutes that i won't get back and neither would you if you fall for their fake advertising so please don't!

Am 24. Mai 2025 habe ich auf iqmind.co einen IQ Test gemacht – angeblich für nur 0,50 €. Klingt harmlos? Von wegen! Exakt 24 Stunden später wurde mir 49,70 € für ein angebliches Monatsabo abgebucht – ohne deutliche Hinweise beim Anmeldevorgang.
Das Ganze ist clever getarnte Abzocke: Die Seite wirkt professionell, doch das Geschäftsmodell basiert offensichtlich darauf, Nutzer mit Mini-Beträgen in eine teure Abofalle zu locken. Wer nicht innerhalb eines Tages kündig, zahlt drauf!
Für mich ist das absolut unseriös. Finger weg von iqmind.co! Ich hoffe, andere fallen nicht auf diese Masche rein wie ich.

Je viens de me rendre compte qu'IQMIND m'a prélevé 48,90€ depuis plusieurs mois. Je n'ai jamais eu aucun mail de rappel, je suis allée une seule fois sur ce site. Ok j'ai payé les 0,50€ (qui d'ailleurs ne valent pas le coup) pour avoir mon résultat mais je n'ai pas compris qu'il y avait un abonnement. Je vois toutes les autres plaintes ici, je ne suis pas la seule à m'être faite arnaquer. Aucun mail de rappel. ATTENTION A EVITER ABSOLUMENT. Evidemment difficile de trouver un numéro de téléphone.

J’ai voulu tout simplement passé un test de QI hyper long d’ailleurs. Par la suite on nous dit qu’il faut payer 50 centimes pour avoir les résultats ( très peu fiable d’ailleurs) et me voilà être facturé de 50 balles sur mon compte bancaire sans mon accord pour soi disant un abonnement premium qui sert à rien. Puis on nous dit que c’était écrit lors du paiement alors que a aucun moment je n’ai vu la somme de 50 € .
Grosse arnaque, site à éviter à part si vous voulez perdre du temps et de l’argent
Dommage que l’on ne peut pas mettre 0 .

Complete scam
Complete scam, I paid 0.50c for a trial test and it subscribed me to a monthly payment of €50 and I recall seeing no mention of it during the purchase, there is no mention of an ongoing subscription on the invoice. When I clicked cancel subscription, it told me ‘We could not cancel your subscription, please contact us through our contact page or try again later.’
When I tried through the online contact form, the page wouldn’t submit the form and appeared blank after submitting. I have now emailed them asking for it to be cancelled and all my data removed from their website. Do not use this website at all

Misleading, waste of time
Misleading, was supposed to be free. Even if it isnt dont wait until I spend valuable time on the test then beg me for half a euro. In English we have a word that starts with a W and ends with a R to describe the owners of this site. I'll let their IQ find that out

Scammers. The iq test is advertised as only £0.50, but deep in the terms and conditions you are charged £50 24 hrs later. There is no indication on the page where you give £0.50 to pay £50 the next day. Abdolute scam. Asked for my money back but they refused.

Avoid at all costs. I paid €0.50 for ADHD test results, and the next day they charged my card ~€50. Turns out I was signed up for a subscription, even though nothing during the process made that clear.

SCAM! Avoid at all costs!
I signed up for their free trial in September 2024 and cancelled it immediately — I have clear proof of this cancellation. Despite that, IQ Mind charged me three times for €48.90 each. I contacted their support team, and while they refunded one transaction, they refused to refund the remaining two unauthorized charges (€97.80 total).
I have exhausted all efforts with the company directly, including providing them with clear documentation and threatening regulatory action, but they have remained uncooperative. I have had to take matters further. Avoid at all costs, this is a scam!

I was doing a it test so I had to pay for a trial but the next day I saw £50 out of my account apparently for a subscription. Also apparently there are no refunds

Kann mich meiner Vorrednerin nur anschließen. Habe vor Monaten einen Test gemacht, alles gut. Jetzt, 4 Monate später, wurde über mein Konto einfach ein Abo aktiviert. Ich war das aber auch nicht. Anscheinend die neue Betrugsmasche der Firma. Konto man nicht löschen und die Firma selbst aktiviert einfach random irgendwelche Abos, nachdem man vor Monaten Kundschaft war.
