Misleading - borderline scam
Even though I didnt sign up for a subscription it appears one was activated after a day of use according to a trial I never knew about.
I read their response to others stating that subscription part was obvious. I reread my emails and there was no mention whatsoever of the subscription or trial.
I wanted to recommend to my friends the website test was allright and seemed professional. But after this hard lesson I would definitely advise anyone to stay away.

It is a totally scam website: the website asked me to pay 0,5€ for IQ test result and the day after they charged me 48,90€ without my permission. During the paying of 0,5€ it was not mentioned at all.
I realised that, they charged me for subscription which i was not asked.
The website does not have their contact details. It is a fraud! Do not trust the website at all!

THE IQ TEST IS SCAMMNING!!!!
It is a scammning: they ask you to authorize 0,5€ payment with your credit card and the day after you are charged 48,90€ more! And it is not clear at all in themoment you are doing the test.
The day after, when you find the amount debited on you card you open the website and only in that moment you find out that the 0.5€ was just a for a trial. Tryal for what? If you finalize the test you are asked to pay for the result, there is no tryal to do.
It is a fraud!!! do not let them steal you money!

After the negative feedback on Trustpilot and a complaint e-mail to their e-mail address, they contacted me by e-mail and I realized that, not only they had debited 48,90€ to my credit card but it was a monthly subscription and I had to get into the website to cancel it. I tried and I realized that my account was no more existing, they told me that it was cancelled on January 29th by them, but they did not returned the 48,90€.
Their excuse is that you have 24h to cancel the subscription and have your money back but, the point is that, for the way the pop up are managed during the registrstion to the website you do not realize that has a cost of 48,90€ and absolutely you do not realize that is a subscription!
IT IS A BIG SCAMMNING PAY EVEN GREATER ATTENTION!! IF YOU DO NOT REALIZE IMMEDIATELY THE DEBIT ON YOUR CARD AND GO TO CANCEL THE SUBSCRIPTION, THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY FOR MONTHS!!!!!!!!!

I let my son proceed with an IQ test which was advertised as free and appear as such. Once he completed it we were asked to pay £0.50 for viewing the results. After completing the payment the next day I was surprised to see that I got charged £49.50 for a subscription I was never informed before that I would be charged within 24 hours !!! I asked them to compensate but refused claiming they need to follow theie so called outdated terms and conditions (2023 dated). Do not trust them as they use the "FREE" test to attract people and put a hand to their account stealing their money without their consent. Plus, the so called subscription has nothing substantial to offer. Their ebooks are 10-page fake AI books without any names on them. Do not buy any iq test from them!!! They are a fraud and lack substantial transparency in their processes!!!

Après avoir payer 0,50 euros pour un test de QI (uniquement pour 1 fois). Un montant de 49,70 euros a été débité de mon compte pour un abonnement que je n’ai ni souscrit, ni autorisé.
Effectivement, un abonnement est débité après 24 heures sans autorisation préalable. Le site se sert de l'acceptation des 0,50euros pour avoir accès a votre compte bancaire.
Effectivement, il faut lire les petites lignes non visibles et non explicites de ce site.
Après avoir contacter le service client, aucune compréhension, ni aucun remboursement n'est effectué. Sachant que nous avons donc payer 49 euros et pu utiliser le site qu'une seule fois.

Mi è uscito un risultato alto, ma non credo sia attendibile... Dovrebbero aggiungere più domande. Comunque, dopo aver fatto il test e pagato 50 centesimi si hanno 24 ore di prova in cui si può rifarlo e scaricare e-book. Scadute le 24h si attiva un abbonamento mensile quindi bisogna stare attenti a disiscriversi se non si è interessati. Basta andare nella Home Page in basso c'è annulla iscrizione.
