Everything good with delivery BUT. we wished for double the amount delivered but could not get because of the road size. However two of the smaller pallets would have sufficed with an adjusted price,

Hi Robin,
Thank you for taking the time to leave your review. We’re really pleased to hear that everything went well with your delivery.
I just wanted to follow up regarding your comments about the quantity. When your order was placed, we did discuss the access restrictions at the delivery address and advised that a larger delivery (96 RUFs) wouldn’t be possible due to the road size and vehicle limitations. Based on this, the order was placed for 48 RUFs, which could be delivered safely with the appropriate vehicle.
With regard to supplying a larger quantity split across smaller pallets, we can offer two of our 48 RUF pallets if you would like to purchase them separately; however, we wouldn’t be able to split a 96 RUF pallet into two smaller pallets at an adjusted price.
Thank you again for your feedback, and we hope to supply you again soon.
Kind regards,
The Instant Logs Team

Order, relax and get your logs in 24hrs
The process was simple, prices with 24hr delivery were very reasonable and the delivery itself was faultless. The quality of our oak logs was good and they were well packed, including some nice freebies. Well done.
