I booked a package deal a while ago with agent Dave, Thank you so much for a incredible experience and holiday, truly memorable. We stayed in city prior to first ever Cruise experience followed by a further city stay post cruise in a different city (Chicago) the whole experience was fabulous and highly recommend infinity.

NCL Capetown to Mauritius
Booked an NCL cruise package holiday with Infinity by phone. Consultant Mike was very helpful.
Later, on 30 May, asked Infinity to allocate a Future Cruise Credit to the booking: phone answered promptly and after contacting NCL FCC was attached to the booking. Excellent post-booking customer service.

After booking our holiday l requested…
After booking our holiday l requested details to be sent to us, with everything that was read out over the phone. This still hasn’t been receive. We were sent an invoice for the full amount of balance to be paid when the holiday had only been booked two days before and we were not going until January 2025. I did receive another invoice with the correct details but it did not include the deposit details. We have booked with other cruise companies and have received a correct invoice and all details of holiday very soon after booking.

Excellent service from Bobby Dalal - very informative, helpful and friendly- not at all pushy to make the sale, which I absolutely detest. As a solo traveller, it is always a concern that everything will go to plan and this holiday has run like clockwork- Excellent.

Great Service and great work by Eric and Jacqui
We booked our trip with Eric who explained and communicated everything perfectly. Our Buenos Aries stay and South America back2back cruise, transatlantic to Lisbon Portugal was great. We got a good package and everything via Infinity ran like clockwork thanks to Eric and Jacqui from your Customer Service Team. The Buenos Aries hotel was in a fabulous location. We did have a very last minute issue with our outbound BA flights but this was outside of Infinity's control due to a flight cancellation and Jacqui quickly helped to resolve this on the day of our departure.
We will definitely use Infinity again.

Very disappointed with this company
Booking experience great. Very helpful agent Bobby. After care not great. How can a cruise company not know how much they paid NCL on our behalf for cruise portion of our Mauritius to Cape Town cruise.
NCL agreed to pay via the agents a refund for 2 days lost on our cruise due to problems. We booked a Balcony cruise but the refund we received was a lot less than others received for an inside cabin. Despite sending many emails Infinity could not tell me how much the cruise portion cost. They have now ignored my last email. Very disappointed with this company.

The amount we received from Norwegian Cruise Line has been refunded to you in full. It has been verified and double checked and is correct based on the fare you paid. I cannot comment on other bookings but as they received a larger refund they must have paid more for the Inside cabin than you did for the balcony. As the package provider, we do not give a breakdown of costs.
We are sorry that you are not satisfied with our responses so far and value your feedback.
In closing, we want to re-iterate our commitment to providing excellent customer service. We take pride in assisting our valued customers and hope that we are given the opportunity to assist you again in the future.

We booked a cruise from Singapore to Japan through Eric and we were extremely please with the planning of all our flights and transfers that he organised. We encountered no problems at all during the whole holiday which resulted in us all having a fantastic time.

Amazing BA stay, Patagonia cruise and Macchu Pichu/Lima tour
Our Buenos Aries stay, Patagonia cruise and Macchu Pichu/Lima tour was simply perfect - everything ran like clockwork, the hotels were in great locations, group size was just four. Thanks to Eric and Jacqui for all their help organsing such an amazing holiday
