Excellent instore service over the several orders we have placed here.
Very knowledgeable staff and nothing is too much trouble. Liz was extremely helpful and this has encouraged us to make several large purchases and Jill, despite me changing my mind twice whilst an order was being written up, is exceptionally patient!
Our dining table was delivered today and the guys were faultless. Fast and efficient and made the whole process very easy.

Great service
Great service, after a few issues with a dining room table, and it needing to be replaced twice, Indigo kept me informed and arranged a temporary replacement and then full top replacement twice. Faulty product but great service.

Just received my order of a love seat and a 4 seater sofa from Indigo, really pleased from start to finish for the excellent service we have received. Friendly helpful staff in store also goes to the guys who delivered our furniture. Can’t recommend this store enough. We will definitely be back :)

The delivery itself was 5 star
The delivery itself was 5 star. I have dropped a star because they didn't take the packaging away. Fortunately we had a skip on the drive otherwise it would of been a pain to have got rid of all the packaging. The quality of the furniture we bought from Indigo is excellent and we are very happy with it.

We received excellent, advice and guidance in relation to our needs when deciding what items to purchase The delivery process and efficiency of the delivery people was great. Only little thing was the sharpness in asking for payment I.e "your items are here can we have your card details please". Felt abrupt in the context of the presales pitch and the delivery. That said I think your furniture is great quality and staff are over all genuine and helpful
