Buyer beware of Refund Policy
Bought some expensive cushions from this store, when I went to try and return them I was denied a refund or credit note. Refund policy was not explained at point of sale by the male sales advisor, if I had been properly informed of the refund policy I would never have purchased them. Will never buy from this store again. Very unhappy client !!!

Regarding our returns policy, we want to clarify that it is prominently displayed at multiple points within our store, including at the till, on receipts, on order documents, and on our website. It clearly states that items ordered specifically for a customer cannot be returned or exchanged, and refunds are not provided in such cases. However, we always honour statutory rights.
As a small family-owned business, we strive to offer competitive pricing while maintaining the quality of our products and services. Unfortunately, due to constraints from our suppliers, we are unable to accept returns for items ordered on a customer's request, as this often results in unsold inventory.

Indigo is a really great shop.
I really like Indigo. They have such good quality and great designed furniture and accessories. I bought two sofas and a foot stool a couple of years ago and I’ve just had a dining room table, chairs and a sideboard delivered yesterday. I’m so happy with them all.
The service is excellent. The guys who delivered and assembled them were very professional and pleasant. Their attention to detail was excellent, making sure everything was aligned and even suggested a different layout that I hadn’t thought of :). So, big thanks.

Indigo Home and gift never disappoints, I have been buying from here for well over 10 years, always receiving quality goods and excellent service, and today, as expected, is exactly what I received. The delivery guys were fantastic, very professional, polite and helpful, my new table and chairs came nicely packaged, and they were extremely careful handling and assembling them.
Very pleased with my beautiful furniture, I would highly recommend this Company, thank you again for your first class service.

Had our sofa delivered on 29/9 & the two deliver guys Glyn & Graham were brilliant. This is the 2nd item I’ve had delivered & the guys are always really friendly & very efficient. When choosing the sofa we had a lot of help and advice from Laine & couldn’t be more than happy with our purchase. Definitely visit again in the future.

The ladies in the shop were very helpful, I bought a sofa which was delivered today, the delivery men were very helpful as it was a tight squeeze to get the sofa in, nothing was to much trouble for them. Would definitely buy from indigo again.

First Class customer service and products
I have very specific requirements for my new sofa and the lovely sales team where so helpful, patient and knowledgebale on the products. The Alston sofa I ordered is the best quality product and looks absolutely stunning in the champagne fabric they helped me choose. Dont buy from catalogues or cheap online stores, visit here and get first class customer service and top class quality products. The fact my sofa came with a 10 year guarantee was an addded the bonus. The delivery guys will unwrap and set up the sofa for you and are a credit to the team. We have bought beds and now sofas from here and have never regretted a purchase- the quality, price and service is sencond to none. I am sure we will be back soon for new items to make our home beautiful. Thank you.

Excellent service
Firstly, visited the shop by chance, both the ladies in the shop were very helpful. Ordered the items, as we were moving house, they offered to hold the items until it suited us when they delivered, which was very helpful. Delivery was very prompt, informative with tracking and phone call. Jim and his mate were excellent delivering and putting the items together.
