Superb Service
The clinic staff were very helpful and explained the process very well. My calls were returned the same day which was nice not having to do the usual chasing. Overall it was an excellent experience and I would definitely recommend them.

Honestly the most lovely experience I could’ve wished for. Every member of staff was so kind and welcoming. Carrie was so professional and informative.
I felt like I was in the very best of hands and so reassured. Couldn’t recommend illuminate clinic enough, I would look to have all future treatments here :)

I felt in very safe hand throughout my treatment. All of the staff were professional and friendly. Carrie took her time to answer all questions and explain step by step how the treatment would work. Check in email 2 days after my treatment to check everything was okay. Couldn’t recommend Illuminate enough, I was so nervous to have this treatment but I was so comfortable and happy with the outcome, can’t wait to return for more treatment.

Hydra facial
Beth did a really lovely hydra facial treatment with perky eyes too. She was very gentle and the process was extremely relaxing even with the whirl of the machine in the background. Skin felt super clean afterwards and I got to keep the disperser of perky eyes, however the rollerball is a little stiff so does dispense currently. Hoping it will get loser with usage.

Professional cosmetic doctor gave me a kenolog injection
Illuminate were professional and took the time to check and wouldn’t proceed with a kenolog injection for allergies until they were sure it wouldn’t interfere adversely with my other meds. They looked after my well being first.

I had the Venus skin tightening
I had the Venus skin tightening, 10 minutes on each upper arm. I have since found out that it takes at least 5-10 minutes for the equipment to get to temperature so the first arm had only a few minutes of the treatment as it never reached temperature (was ok by second arm) so I paid full cost for only one side. I have since gone to another clinic that waited for the temperature to get to where it should be before timing it so I got the full treatment. Expected better from illuminate, as recommended to me for this treatment. The new clinic had exactly the same equipment and charged half the price and I got the full time required for it to work. This is an honest review with true facts

Please do contact the clinic on 0330 133 1272 or hello@illuminateskinclinic.co.uk as soon as you have a chance. Radio frequency for skin tightening works in a course of treatment, one session sadly will not instigate the response needed to improve skin laxity on the upper arms. I'm so sorry this wasn't made clear to you, please do contact the clinic, I am more than happy to issue a goodwill refund against this treatment!
