I visited as part of my ongoing treatment for leg thread veins. The Reception staff member was welcoming and helpful. I saw Lucy and Carrie who, as always were friendly efficient and professional. Their combined treatments continue to be successful and I am happy with the results. I would highly recommend Illuminate

I would recommend Illuminate Skin Clinic without any hesitation. It’s in a great location with plenty of parking. I felt cared for from the moment I was greeted in reception. The clinic itself is spacious, and beautifully presented. I was seen by Lucy for a laser treatment and she couldn’t have been more knowledgeable & reassuring. She advised me of her experience, recommended a treatment option for my condition & spent time explaining both the treatment & expected outcome. She did a patch test and I returned several days later for the full treatment. Lucy’s enthusiasm for her profession shone through, I never felt rushed, and was confident I was in good hands. I was told it would take 3-4 weeks for the results to be fully evident but I am already very happy with the outcome.

Dr Aneka is just the best! Thoughtful and really made me relax and enjoy the process! I went in for help with my hyperpigmentation and am really seeing the prescribed medicines helping already!
