One chance to make a first impression
Appointment itself was ok but was offered a drink which never came and a 30 minute appointment was 15 minutes late - there were no other customers there.
So unlikely to go ahead given the customer experience on the first appointment.

We do the best selection of teas this side of West Malling so you need to come and have a completely different experience with us.

Life changing!
I suffered with severe pain and discomfort in my back and shoulders for years. Tried professional massages etc but nothing worked until Carrie treated the muscles with botox and OMG! it has LITERALLY changed my life for the better. No more pain. I can finally sleep, sit and move around with no discomfort.
I am beyond happy and will defo go back for more when due. Thank you Carrie you are my life saver x

Would not recommend microsclerotherapy treatment at this clinic
The clinic itself is lovely as are the staff, however I would not recommend this clinic for microsclerotherapy treatment. I have had this treatment administered by a doctor on two previous occasions at a hospital and had great results. However the results from illuminate were not as good, I have been left with pigmentation on one leg, the vein is worse than it was prior to treatment. I had my treatment on 1st August and have waited prior to writing a review to give it a chance to settle down but unfortunately there is no change.
If you do have this treatment I would recommend asking for a treatment plan at the consultation stage to ensure you know how many treatments you will require and associated costs.

Beverley, firstly thank you for your kind words about our staff and, secondly, I'm so sorry you felt you needed to write this review, our objective is to have happy patients and not disappointed ones.
Sadly pigmentation is one of the risks of sclerotherapy and, yes, you do need more than one treatment, I can only apologise if this wasn't clarified in your treatment plan. We cannot comment on, or use your previous treatment in a hospital as a baseline.
I can see that your nurse has advised letting the pigmentation settle before undergoing any further treatment and that a goodwill gesture was made.

Such a helpful clinic
Such a helpful clinic. My husband who has Alzheimer’s wanted a keratosis removed and received the best treatment and results possible. He was attended to by a very thoughtful professional and is thoroughly impressed with the whole experience, as am I.

Best Clinic Ever
I originally went to Illuminate Skin Clinic to get my skin in good shape for my Wedding in December and I am very glad I did. The clinic is very clean and relaxing and the treatments are lovely. However the best thing about this clinic is the staff. Lucy and Ashley are two of the nicest kindest women I have ever met. They are both very professional and really good at their jobs. I felt completely comfortable with them and they always gave me honest advice. They always treated me more like a friend than a customer and that always made me feel at ease. The reception manager and receptionists also deserve a mention. They were always so kind and welcoming to me. Really lovely Clinic. I definitely recommend to anyone🙂
