I've been here a couple of times now and I've absolutely loved every visit. The clinic is beautiful and clean. Mana and Emma are so lovely and welcoming, which really added to my experience at illuminate. My skin was left looking so healthy and glowing after my hydrafacial. I can't wait for the next one!

Dr Sophie is an artist. Her work is impeccable. You never feel overdone, just subtle and enough to make you feel refreshed.

I found Dr Shotter and Illuminate Skin Clinic having done a lot of research on injectables as I wanted to have the safest possible experience. I knew that I needed to be in the hands of someone with extensive experience and anatomical knowledge. After an initial consultation I was confident to try my first injectable treatment which I booked for a month later in the New Malling clinic.
What struck me on the day of treatment was how kind Dr Shotter was to me and how she dealt with my nervousness. I was a little shaky after my treatments which I knew I would be from the Adrenaline of having something brand new done like this (I was having my first needles in my face after all!) , but she made sure I had everything I needed (a warm cup of sugared tea) before I left the clinic.
My nurse was also extremely lovely to have accompanying the treatment as were the reception ladies. I was checked on after my treatment over the following week (phone calls And a video call) and I look forward to going back next month for a follow up.

I have been attending this clinic since 2017 and travel approx 45 mins and for very good reason. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. I have had many treatments, Botox with Dr Shotter, nurse Ashling even skin consultations ( which changed my skin for the better ) I have even used the GP Dr Becky Prince who was also fantastic. I always feel welcome by the frontline team Emma and Co who deliver class customer service. Well done illuminate you continue to shine.
