I want to update my review. HXTN reached out to me and their customer service has been superb. I have now received my items and I am very happy.

For clarity they did not ask me to update or amend my review, I chose to do so based on my experience with them now.

I ordered about £73 worth of items on 9th March. I have had no shipping conformation at all. I emailed them on 20th March and have had no reply.I cant find any number to phone them with.

This has not been a good experience so far.

Been trying to get hold of them for a few days now after my order came! And I have been ignored on email and been ignored twice on Instagram.

Got 3 hats and they look like they have shrunk in the wash, they are so small they are like children’s size.

No wonder they was £5 but I want me money back as they are so bad!

I then made this trust pilot around 19.50

Then 19:52 I get a reply to my email I sent you about my hats.

Yes you have said you will take the items back even though I have taken a tag off the hat, it a nice gesture but you can’t tell me that are unsellable anymore due to not having a tag they don’t bring any value to the hat all they are is a description tag so that’s something you will be able to pop back on to the hat, if you can’t then you need to look at that system as years in retail management I never heard such rubbish!

The return cost is my bad if it says it on your T/C but I paid £17.97 for 3 hats. Will prob have to pay around £5 for postage so in the gran scheme of things it’s a big hassle for what it is.

I did get an email from the “co- founder” saying thanks for the purchase and that was a nice touch for sure! It’s a shame they don’t fit as I was looking forward to having them and supporting a local business.

I ordered 2 caps after coming across an ad on fb. They were discounted to £5 each so thought why not its cheap enough to take a punt. They arrived today and are spot on. Great purchase and am very happy with them.

I bought the digital camo chest bag. In the pictures it looked good size but when I got it It was huge. I want to return it but on any of the emails there is nothing talking about refunds.

I leaved bad feedback in the first time becuase the order take more time than expected to delived to this country but it was worth it, the brand is amazing the quality is much better, (only one sugestion for the owners, you can take the time to give some feedback to your clients, you can save bad unnecesary comments) | (FIRST COMMENT) --- I expended 150£ in 7 items 2 months ago and i haven’t received my order, and nobody responds my emails and neither on Instagram.

I ordered 5 items including 2 hoodies a hat, a belt bag and a carabiner clip

I received one hoodie and the belt bag but I’m missing the other items and i have received a response back via my emails or any information which is upsetting.

Was sent an email about an offer, clicked, and low and behold the price was double than that on the email. Emailed them and no response.

OK bag. The straps keep loosening up in use though. Could have used betal buckles where applicable as well. Would really raise the quality of the bag.

I ordered a cross body bag for my son before our holiday, it was sent out late they emailed to say due to high demand post as later than normal when I emailed to ask why it had not been sent earlier. I arrived whilst we were away on holiday since my return I have sent multiple messages as I intended to return the item no longer needed and possibly swap it for maybe a bag that can be used for school; but there as been absolutely no response this has been a very poor shopping experience and I won’t not feel comfortable to purchase items from this company again in the future. There ethos appears to be grab your money then close the door in your face zero customer service. Any company that you have difficulty contacting after purchasing is a huge red flag!!!

Items look big when u but them but when they get delivered the bags are way to small. My gray duffle bag is way to small cant fit alot of items my chest rig thats awesome i love it

2 months delay on my order with a late help from the support..
Besides that, the product is really nice
