Received the trousers in an excellent state and they are very comfortable!

Ordered XL but when it came it fit like a small

Had to ask for a tracking number, claim to be a UK company, but have no way of communicating other than email address. When I finally got tracking number, Evri chucked it over gate, however only one item out of two delivered. Zero response from company so looks like I’ve lost nearly £90! With only one tracking number it states it’s been delivered. Avoid at all costs

Do not order from this website. It's a drop shipper from China, they blocked my email address when I tried to get a refund/return my order. The items aren't as described either.

Took over 3 weeks for my order to come, they claim to be in the UK and delivery taking 1-2 days, my tracking said my items come from china. Not only this but I bought some bottoms to only realise you can buy them off amazon for less than half the price they have them on there.

I ordered shoes from Techwear UK and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. The quality of the product itself was average to poor, but the main problem was the exchange process.

The shoes I received were too small, even though I followed the size chart carefully and even sized up as recommended. On their website it clearly states that incorrect sizes will be reshipped for free. At first, customer support responded quickly and politely, asking me for photos and assuring me that the exchange would be arranged. However, despite weeks of waiting and multiple promises that my case was being "prioritized," no replacement has ever been shipped.

Overall, I cannot recommend ordering from Techwear UK. The quality is questionable, and the after-sales service is extremely unreliable.

Felt premium from unboxing to wearing. Even the packaging was on-brand.

Love the utility of the pieces. Could use more accessories though.

On requesting a return they said I had to pay to post it to China. This is a UK company dispatching from the UK, so this contravenes UK trade laws.
I have reported them to Trading Standards.
Do not use this company.

Ordered a hoodie, took a week to tell me they didn’t have it. Said they had a “new product! Just in that they can send instead!…”. Only then did I check the reviews for this site. It’s a pure scam

Agreed to relplacent as I made peace with the fact I will never get my money back. A week later, just had the exact same email as before to say they haven’t got the replacement either. Can’t make this up. I’m never going to get my money back so let’s see how many replacements I get offered

Terrible Company to deal with!
Don't believe if they state that items are in stock and ready to ship. What they don't tell you is that they're in a warehouse at the other side of the world and shipping will take a long time. Also Please check the small print on their refund policy before you believe their 'Easy Returns 100% Money Back' claim. It's almost impossible to return something (and if you do, you'll be responsible for postage back to China), and if its being returned because it doesn't fit, and because you selected the wrong size,'No returns or exchanges are offered'. After weeks of dialogue with them they eventually agreed to refund my purchase, but many weeks later I'm still waiting for that to happen. So basically not only are their trading practices very suspect, but they also tell downright lies. My purchase was very low value, but I'd hate people to fall foul of these very archaic trading practices for a higher cost item - So in summary, avoid shopping with them at all cost!
