They sent me the wrong item. It took three weeks to deliver only to get the wrong item. Would not respond to emails andI tried to call customer service received a bunch of waiting getting no where. Do not deal with gear infinity at all. Cancel andTry to get your money back.

This place is 100% a scam. Contact your bank and get your money back. I ordered from them and the tracking number they sent me was all sorts of weird. And it said the package was just sitting at the post office but couldn’t be delivered for some reason.

Poor communication. Order placed 9/25/25. Still do not have item and it is 10/8/25. The tracking number provided is no longer “available”. I have purchased direct from many different places overseas and this is my worst experience ever. The communication is non existent other than multiple emails offering discounts if you add more products to your order. Way too long would never order from them again.

Fake company . Scam! Notice the 5 star reviews are from unverified people and unprompted! They stole $186 from us! Sent 1 out of 6 items. Item was VERY poor quality! Please do not order from them !

Terrible customer service! I caught that I entered the wrong shipping address seconds after ordering. I contacted them immediately to correct. They said it was handled on multiple emails. It was not. They shipped to the wrong address. I may NEVER see it. NEVER order from here

Never received the product says 3-7 almost 2 weeks now and no product

The product site first said 3 days shipping and then when I got the email that the product shipped it said 7-10 days. It's been two weeks and I still haven't recieved my order and there is absolutely no tracking info on the supposed shipment. I keep getting reminders to write a review but I have no product to be reminded to review to review. I'm not even sure if this website is real.

I made a purchase as a gift and per the site it stated shipping was 3-7 days. Now I’m being told 3-7 days to manufacture and up to 3 weeks for shipping and delivery…..So the site should state 3-7 WEEKS for delivery. This was for a gift and I never would have purchased this item if I knew it would take over a month to receive! Absolutely disappointed!!

First off I had no email confirmation about my purchase or delivery date. I only received an email after about a week when I contacted them to cancel my order. They responded that it was too late to cancel and the delivery date was 22 days after my order date. I will never order anything from this company again. I have told my customers not to order from them as well.

Got some gifts for family members and they all loved what I picked out. The variety on the website is impressive and prices are reasonable for the quality you get.
