Hp laptop, HP all in one printer, HP ink service paid for religously now a HP App which does not allow me to do anything apart from rubbish photo scans with phone adding shadows and causing extreme stress for something that worked fine.
What a load of shit, changing the lot as my patience and health is seriously being affected

Otrevlig kundtjänst. Ringde in i dag om att min skrivare inte fungerade. Har blivit lurad på ett abonnemang som jag trodde endast handlade om att jag skulle få bläckpatroner var 3e månad. Kundtjänst-tanten var arrogant och nedlåtande. KÖP INTE HP SKRIVARE!

Ein absolut sinnloser Service, aber durch den Originalpatronen-Zwang fast nicht zu umgehen. Ich habe jetzt nach 1 Jahr den Service wieder abonniert, weil ich häufig drucken muss und die Fremdanbieter immer wieder durch geänderte Codes ausgeschlossen werden und die HP-Patronen selbst im lokalen Handel ein Vermögen kosten. Seit Abo-Wiederaktivierung ist ein Drucken mit den alten Patronen nicht mehr möglich. Seit 1 Woche ist ein Begrüßungswort-Kit und jeweils 1 Patrone von irgendwo über Deutschland nach Österreich unterwegs (soviel zum Thema Nachhaltigkeit). Jetzt ist heute meine schwarze Tintenpatrone eingetroffen und ich war glücklich, wenigstens Texte wieder ausdrucken zu können. "Pustekuchen", solange nicht alle Patronen original von HP Smart eingesetzt sind, arbeitet der Drucker auch nicht. Mein Begrüßungs-Kit (keine Ahnung, was dieses enthält) ist irgendwo in Deutschland, meine schwarze Patrone ohne Funktion im Drucker und für die anderen Farben gibt es noch nicht einmal Tracking-Nummern und diese sollen lt. Support auch erst in 2 Tagen versandt werden. Zusammenfassend, HP wirbt hier mit dem Thema NACHHALTIGKEIT, versendet aber jede einzelne Patrone in einem extra Karton mit einem separaten Transport. 1 Original-Patrone schwarz erlaubt nicht wenigstens den schwarz/weiß-Druck von Texten. Der SERVICE bedeutet für mich einen Drucker-Totalausfall zwischen 2-3 Wochen. Hallo HP! Was ist daran Service? Ich bereue es bereits nach wenigen Tagen dieses Angebot wieder aktiviert zu haben!

Kan je ook 0 sterren geven. HP Smart stamt uit de middeleeuwen!!! Je kan er helemaal niets mee!!! Printen via mijn telefoon werkt probleemloos, maar zodra HP smart op mijn laptop zich er mee gaat bemoeien is het einde zoek. DRAMATISCH!!!!!

Je ne comprends même pas que l'appli puisse avoir 1, heureusement le Zéro n'existe pas ici...
Imprimante et appli juste ingérable. Pour utiliser votre imprimante c'est vraiment quand elle veut... c'est à dire 1x sur 10. Un enfer HP...

this has to be the worst printer on the market. i have had it about 2 years now. it has a mind of its own. you try to get it to print and nothing happens. you press print again, nothing happens. you give up and scream im going to buy a new printer and then 10 minutes later it starts printing every attempt at getting to print

If zero was an option, I’d select it. Absolutely a shameful subscription set up, you pay over the odds each month and when you decide to leave them, they prevent the ink cartridges working even though you’ve already paid for them 10x plus over - avoid if you don’t want to be ripped off!

Don't buy HP!

We just disenrolled from the smartprint service for our year old HP printer because the cost was much more than what we'd pay for when buying cartridges as needed. (We've only had one sent in the past year.) Now our printer won't print using the ink cartridges WE ALREADY PAID FOR!!!! Our printer is being held hostage until we reenroll! Well, they can forget it! Not only will we NEVER buy ANYTHING from HP again, I'm trashing this printer & I'm writing this negative review, which I don't typically do, unless the product is absolute garbage.

J'ai essayé de connecter l'imprimante hp deskjet 4230, une véritable honte.
Leur application tourne dans le vent avec un chargement de l'infini.
Leur vidéos montrant la connexion de l'imprimante est sur de vieux modèles, ne correspond pas au modèle utilisé, ils te montrent surtout comment charger du papier sur les 3/4 de la vidéo alors que le problème est LOGICIEL
le logiciel est une arnarque, temps de chargement sans arrêt, ajout d'une imprimante qui relève de l'exploit, quand elle est "detectée" avec la bonne IP, NON ça fonctionne toujours pas puisqu'elle à BESOIN d'INTERNET..
quel gâchis, non testée par des utilisateurs finaux, application non recétée

application qui ne vaut rien du tout plus le logiciel est mise a jour moins il est stable .
hp cetais mieux avant comme beaucoup de chose .

They discontinued their original app which was annoying to use but did work. Now to use the same features they want you to pay a subscription. PAY A SUBSCRIPTION FOR A PRINTER YOU ALREADY OWN. Go out of business already.

HP are the biggest rip-off ever, i have had nothing but trouble with using this printer. Even when the bloody thing is connected to the internet, it insists the ink cartridges are full but prints blank pages. You have to keep it plugged in and connected constantly and it loses connection all the time so you get messages from hp instant ink constantly but no assistance. I have been paying a monthly subscription since 2022 and have had only 1 replacement cartridge in all that time because it never works when I need it. I bought a new laptop for my 76 year old mom to use primarily to play her big fish games of which she has many but HP refused access to it on their products !!!! I will never buy another HP product ever again.

Wat een ongelofelijk irritante gebruiksvriendelijk niet goed werkende app is dit zeg, in de app staat het apparaat online, in werkelijkheid offline.
Al van alles geprobeerd om het werkend te krijgen, ik heb redelijk kennis van ICT etc. , maar dit is niet te doen
Ik stap nu over naar een ander merk printer. waardeloze klantenservice ook

Truly appalling. I thought printers were meant to be simple!!! Not this one. It is simply dreadful. I want to print a simple document but can't do it, even when connected by USB cable. I'm going to get rid of this and get a better, simpler printer

The HP smart app does not even deserve a 1 star rating, but you have to tick just one star! Absolute pile of rubbish, fairly straight forward to setup but often go print something and nothing happens so have to turn everything off and the local grid to reset everything. Run out off paper and the whole thing collapses into the abyss. Totally useless wireless printing, similar to the last 3 HP printers all complete rubbish! Actually threw one out the window and took an axe to it! Complete disaster! It’s ok using printer cable though, although fell over it and nearly broke my neck!

Der Tintenstand ist so niedrig, dass der Druck nur noch schwach sichtbar ist. Ich habe dann eine Stunde gebraucht, um in der Chat Funktion nach mehreren Anläufen eine Nachlieferung anzufordern. Die braucht 6 Tage und das hätte - das ist ja der Sinn dieses Abo Modells - automatisch ausgelöst werden sollen. Jetzt sitz ich buchstäblich auf dem Trockenen.

J’ai acheté une imprimante HP et accepté un abonnement à 1,79€ par mois qui garantit la livraison d’encre automatique et qui comprend un nombre d’impressions par mois. Or régulièrement le compteur s’affole et fait exploser le nombre réel d’impressions ce qui oblige donc à racheter des packs pour pouvoir imprimer. C’est louche quand même je crois que je vais arrêter 🤔
