I couldnt have been more pleased with my purchases from House of Pearls. They are beautiful quality and the price is realistic. I would certainly buy again but I think the ones I bought will last a lifetime. I recommend their lovely products and their fantastic service.

Prompt service. Hassle free

Item was delivered in an expected amount of time. First off the pearls where not the best quality. There AAAA grade was questionable at best. About 30% of the pearls were misshapen. It also came with a much cheaper looking clasp.
When I finally got a hold of customer service via email. We had to upload photos and wait several days to be "approved" to return the item. When pressed we were informed this clasp didn't match the website but was "better".
After all that, I ended up having to pay around $40 to ship it back, with tracking, and I opted for a signature required as I had zero trust in this company. I would suggest looking else where.
In my opinion, I feel this company is just buying inventory from where ever they can get it, and then they ship it out. I wasn't expecting anything amazing for a $400 necklace but I also wasn't expecting Temu/aliexpress quality either.

I received my necklace and was thrilled. I loved it. Put it on for the first time to go to lunch with friends and after having it on for 3 hours it fell apart right in my lap. The long bar that goes through the circle and a gold bead just fell off. I am trying to return it for a refund.

The pearl size is no where near the size 7-11 that your promotional materials lead me to believe it would be. Very deceptive and I will never trust your ads again.

I ordered akoya pearls and ended up with button pearls. Very poor customer service also, they wouldn’t give me a refund or exchange as I was very unhappy my pearl earrings were not round and genuine.

First time bought pearls from houseofpearls website for my wife birthday gift. She really love it Beautiful and quality made. Very fast shipping and security seel's package for a international delivery. My next pearls purchase from this website well be Tahitian pearls set.

The quality of the product. And it was a easy checkout

Received order in 2 weeks. Good service. Love the pearl earrings. Would buy more items in the future. Only complaint is the back of the earrings bend easy. Delicate and have to be careful putting them in.

Ordered pearl studs and they’re cheaply made, Damaged, broken, low quality, different shapes and size. Looked nothing like their website. Currently requesting a refund via-email.

The earrings I bought are gorgeous. Beautifully packaged and delivered in very quick time. All round a great company to deal with and the product is top class.

Please don't waste your money. The goods were soddy workmanship, the pearls had very thn coatings. And if you try to get a refund you need to threaten to taje them to court inspire the fact that they had acknowledge receipt of the goods. Signed for Royal mail. Absolutely terrible.

Pearls were lovely! Bit of a glitch with billing but was resolved. Communication was good with vendor. Packaging was outstanding. Everything arrived in a timely fashion.
