I ordered the pretty pearl earrings with blue stones. When I tried to put them in, the post broke from the pearl. I called and no one ever picked up after numerous times and no return calls. I have purchased from House of Pearls before but never again. There are other companies that sell beautiful pearl jewelry with much better customer service. Run don't walk away from this store.

Your return policy is terrible. I attempted to purchase a surprise for my wife. Unfortunately she didn’t like the design. I reached out to return and was often an insult of $20. I will certainly not recommend your site and will discourage anyone I speak to about using your site.

The pearls themselves were lovely. Lavender drops on gold earrings. They were delivered timely. Connection with the company was frequent and good. I try not to spend too much time on your offers as I operate on the premise that there is no such thing as a bad pearl. Wonderful experience overall.

I have bought six items from House of Pearls over the past years. All were great, except for my Christmas gift of Magnolia earrings. The first time I wore them, the sterling needle/post snapped off of the brass base. I contacted customer service. They wanted photos of the damage. My phone could not send them. They said to send them when I could. FIVE MONTHS LATER, I was able to send the photos. Within a week, I got an apology for the broken earring's quality and a new pair.
I will order from them again. They have a great variety of styles and price points. Best of all, when something is wrong, they will go the extra mile to fix it.

I love these earrings. The lapis lazuli and pearl look beautiful together, and the gold-coated silver gives them a really elegant finish. They're lightweight, comfortable to wear, and look as beautiful in person as in the photos. Really happy with this purchase.
