Don’t be fooled by the low price form HOTTPerfume. You’re not getting genuine products. Fake phony knockoffs. Ordered two Pure Poison by Dior and product received was not authentic. Returned for refund after I was told I could do so, but two weeks following delivery back to merchant, no refund issued. Merchant playing delay games and fails to refund via PayPal. Dispute filed. You’ve been warned. Read the reviews.

Do not buy from here. No communication with company. Many negative reviews . If it's a great deal it's a fake Beware

I submitted an order 2 weeks ago. Emailed them about it as they do not answer the phone. They said to expect it in a week and still don't have it. I paid for express shipping The order status has not changed. I ordered previously and did not have any issues but not answering the phone and responding with a one line response is very suspicious and unprofessional.

Received my order today. I’ll admit, the box was almost spot on aside the wrap which was the first suspicion. Then after opening it, there was no doubt. The counterfeit Bleu Electrique is next to my bottle of L’Homme, which was purchased from Nordstrom. Paid attention especially to the caps comparing it to YouTube’s counterfeit spot check videos. Worst of all, package came leaking. God knows what is in it.

I ordered two fragrances from this company, and undoubtedly, one of the items is counterfeit. It had a white-colored sediment at the bottom of the bottle, and I could not even get the atomizer to work. I contacted the store, and the response I got was that I should soak the atomizer with no reference to the sediment in the bottle I also complained about. I pointed out to them that the item was fake and I wanted either an exchange or a refund but they have not responded

This store is a gem I got the perfume that I’ve been wanting at a fraction of the cost of retail.

I ordered a perfume as a gift on 10/26/23. I finally received a fake perfume from this company today 11/06/23. It's pure trash. Please do not give these crooks your money.

Hottperfume.com is selling fake, watered down perfume. I bought a bottle of ralph laren romance and it was like soap water. It had no smell and was either a complete conterfeit or the guy replaced the contents with water. When you shake a bottle of almost any perfume it will bubble up and dissipate like alcohol. This bottle did not dissapate like it should. FAKE FAKE FAKE

You live & you learn.....,Today March 16th...,I Experiments my very first fakes...,2x of Gucci Envy at that So...I just stick with my normal web sites as far with fragrances as moving forwards....,not Pissed just Disappointed plus its not worth getting my refund back because the ONLY contact info they got detailed is just a emails address So i knew "THEN" where this was going...

After reading so many positive reviews about this store I decided to give them a try. Overall I had a great experience

I would give Hottperfume.com a zero if I could. I ordered some Miss Dior Cherie, Lancome Tresor, and Estée La vie belle ALL BOTTLES WERE FAKE!!! Don’t waste your time or money. These people are scammers. Obviously con artists, used to lying and cheating people, how else would they have all the past “great” reviews!

Trustpilot sent me an email notifying me that Hottperfumes would like more details regarding my review, Hotperfumes. I stand by my review now more than ever. You people should be ashamed of yourselves, ripping people off then posting all these fake “great” reviews on Trustpilot. You want more details eh? How about you pay me back the $400+ I wasted on your FAKE PERFUMES!!! While you’re at it, pay back all the other customers you scammed and then close up shop. Would trust you with my information like I trust you to sell genuine perfumes, 0%.

i ordered 2 Parisienne perfume 02/22/23 but to date it still shows AWAITING FULFILLMENT. I received a response to my inquiry as to when will i receive my order. Response received " It will be within a week by USPS". Requested for USPS Tracking number 02/25/22 but to date I never received their response. Also i am unable to contact anyone from the number on their website 914-560-8402. My order no. 7542

I purchased Creed Aventus which is one of my favorite fragrances and what they sent me was a fake. Scent is not even close. BUYERS BEWARE!! They are dealing in counterfeit knock-offs. You will lose your money

The perfume received was different from what I ordered and worst, it’s a fake. Contacted the website, no return label so I have to pay for return shipping myself and I was given 3 days to mail it out. What the heck? I can’t recommend the website. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THEM!!!
