Order - No movement - Continuously

There is something wrong with your shipping. It appears this wasn’t a one of but something that is the common factor. Customers place orders and the order just sits. This is going to be the second time I place an order and have to chase the product.

Way too long to dispatch, every time.

Every time I order from the USA it takes so long to even dispatch the order. Considering I pay £40 for delivery to the UK it's pathetic.

Why can't they release the order immediately like every other mail order company now.

Fragrances are good but over priced.

Well packaged and delivered quickly after shipping

Items arrive as described and well packaged. They'd need to get run over with a car before they got damaged.

Initial shipping timing can vary and is probably dependent on volume/sales/etc., moreso now that fragrances are seeing a recent boom in popularity. For me, orders have shipped between 2-17 days of placing an order. But if it's more than a week, they are good about emailing you if it's longer than their usual turnaround. Once it's in the post, it has always arrived at my home very quickly, usually within 2-3 days.

I've been happy with what I've gotten from here and have ordered several times.

The Dua Brand

Shopping with The Dua Brand is always pleasant, customer service is 5⭐️. Super variety and there are some 100ML bottles. I am a customer for life and Masham is pretty cool guy!

Fulfillment, packaging and customer service gaps

While product quality typically meets my expectations, fulfillment time, packaging and customer service all have significant gaps. In 2026, fulfillment times have exceeded two weeks with no indication on their website or in order confirmation that fulfillment is delayed from what was in 2025, 7 calendar days from order to delivery. Additionally, caps do not fit bottles and fall off when the bottle is inverted. This should have been caught in quality control and these never should have been sent out to customers. Additionally, attempts to resolve these issues with their customer service has borne no fruit. Responses are typically, "Rest assured, your order is in good hands," and "Loose caps are a known issue," which is unacceptable. Additionally, customer service is delaying responses beyond 48 hours claiming a significant backlog in their queue. The fact that there are so many emailed complaints from customers that the CS team can't respond to them all within 48 hours is concerning. The BBB will not accredit this company, and their BBB rating is currently 1.25 out of 5.

The Guide does not smell like Guidance…

The Guide does not smell like Guidance from Amouge, and Moonlit Lily does not have the creaminess of Existance from Amouge. Lily Of The Valley is the prominent scent. I couldn't wait to shower and get the scent off of me.

This is a review of the customer…

This is a review of the customer service department that I have been dealing with recently. I have bought many items from Dua with no complaints to begin with, then the fragrance started smelling off, I had been completely satisfied with the first few, the last ones just smell horrible. That being said I had stopped dealing with them as Oakcha is always on point and bigger bottles. But i decided to give it another shot as they had a sale. Well the website says orders will be dispatched in 3-5 days not including day of order. My order wasn’t even sent to shipping for six days, not really a big deal except when I had reached out to support about it she attempted to gas light me saying all this other stuff and insisting they were within the five day window, and offered no accountability or apology. This was actually my second time dealing with the customer service department, last time was a few years ago when I had a sprayer that wasn’t working properly and was given no solution. The customer service just sucks and they aren’t helpful.. as of today 4-18 I still haven’t received my order made on 4/7 but according to a Dua facebook page this has become common. Very disappointing and I doubt I will ever order from them again there are just too many dupe houses that have bigger bottles and better customer service. MOD and Oakcha have the best customer services and have always helped me out with solutions and have reward programs. Dua should take lessons. I’ll do a review of my fragrance when i finally get it.

Left With a Broken Product and No One Willing to Take Responsibility

I don’t usually write reviews like this. I really don’t. I’d rather just move on and forget about it, but this whole situation with The Dua Brand kept dragging longer than it should have.
I was actually looking forward to my order. Like genuinely. I spent my money expecting something at least decent. Not perfect, just… decent. And right out the box, it’s already a problem. The cologne smelled bad. Not “not my taste” bad, I mean something is just off about it. And then the bakhoor came damaged.
So before I can even enjoy anything, I’m already dealing with an issue.
I reach out thinking okay, this should be simple. You contact the company, they fix it, done. That’s how it usually goes.
But instead I get sent to Route.
And this is where it starts to feel off.
Because now I’m going back and forth. Explaining the same thing again. Waiting. Getting responses that don’t really help. Then waiting again. It just kind of loops like that.
Nothing actually gets fixed.
And that’s really the part that sticks with me. Not even just the product at that point. It’s how everything after was handled… or not handled.
Like I said, I didn’t come into this trying to complain. I just wanted it taken care of. Replace the damaged item, fix the issue, something. Anything that shows someone is actually paying attention.
But instead it feels like I’m just being moved around.
Try to look at it from my side for a second. You spend your money, you open your order, and something’s wrong immediately. So you do what you’re supposed to do, you reach out, you give them the chance to fix it.
And then… nothing really happens.
Or not nothing. Just nothing that actually helps. That’s probably a better way to say it.
You just end up repeating yourself, waiting, getting sent somewhere else. It gets old fast. Really fast. Honestly just… yeah.
Because at some point you start thinking… alright, so who’s actually responsible here?
And then it kind of hits you that… maybe nobody is. Or at least it feels that way. Which is worse, honestly.
And yeah, maybe this isn’t everyone’s experience. I get that. But this was mine. And the way it was handled is the reason I’m even sitting here writing this out.
I tried to give it time. I tried to be patient. Actually, I was patient. Probably more than I needed to be.
But nothing changed.
There are too many fragrance companies out there for this to be acceptable. If I’m being real, I wish I had just gone somewhere else. Somewhere like Perfume Parlour or really just anywhere that handles issues directly instead of pushing you off to someone else.
At the end of all this I’m still here with a product I don’t want, a damaged item, and time wasted trying to get it fixed.
That’s really what it comes down to.
I tried to handle it the right way. Or at least I thought I was.
It just didn’t go anywhere.

Never Disappointed

I like being able to get the extrait edition of an EDT I really love, like Burberry London. Dua offers a great way to experiences excessively expensive or elusive fragrances without breaking the bank.

This time around I bought "scottish Highlands", a clone of a decommissioned cypress fragrance from Chanel. It's great you can get things like this.

Shipping is fairly fast.

My Private Party

This gave me the exact private moment I had when smelling Floraiku.. umbrella for two. It’s delicate, expressive, and a bit romantic. The slightly musky softness is comforting. Soft but not weak.

Shipping? Forget about it, Dua brand needs to replace the shipping department because it takes me 14 to 18 days to receive a cologne! Hot damn, is it coming from Tokyo or Australia?

Overly Honest Review from an Autistic Mind

I had been on the fence about this company for over a year. Each time I perused their site, I ultimately decided to purchase from Oakcha, Montagne or Perfume Bar instead.

Always trust your gut.

I finally decided to give them a try when they started duping a fragrance that I owned and wanted to compare. My first order consisted of four fragrances that I already owned the originals. I wasn't able to get their Oud Zarian dupe which was what drew me to them nor was I able to use the exclusive coupon sent by the company to bait me. I was impressed by the quality of all but one. However, I was shocked by how small they were. I was also dissapointed by the very very very long batching time.

I immediately ordered three more fragrances the day I recieved my first order because theor dupe of Oud Zarian was restocked as my first order was batching. They wouldn't let me add it to the first order (likely to bait me into another order).

This second order has truly been a dissapointment. I still don't have it almost three weeks later.

I can say the following:

1) There is literally no customer service. They have grown so quickly that they do not care about losing business.

They rely on the empty seat filled theory. They keep running sales that they are unable to fill within their own established timeline and blame it on the sale. If they lose a customer, they don't care because another will fill their place.

2) You can't trust their tracking numbers. They sometimes send them with one incorrect digit and assign them to packages sometimes more than a week before shipping. Fedex needs to stop allowing this misleading practice.

3) If you have a problem with Dua Fragrances (defective product, never recieved product or misleading shipping time) take it up with your payment method. Your bank or payment platform will fight your battle with you. You can also consult the Federal Trade Commision Internet Fraud division.

I don't like it when businesses take advantage of people just because they think they can.
