Phone number listed never gets answered. They take your money and ship at their leisure. Then you’ll find counterfeit perfumes delivered to your door hopefully a month later. You get what you pay for. Which is alcohol trash in a bottle. Don’t waste your money
Don’t reply here to try and make yourself look better. I already went through emailing your scam company with your horrible customer service. I’m not paying to ship back what’s essentially trash. Serial number between the box and perfume don’t match. No logo underneath the cap. Spray nozzle isn’t right. Even the logo on the bottle looks like it was placed on by a blind person. It’s so obvious. Not to mention it smells horribly of straight alcohol. I’ve already disputed the transaction and have reported you to the Federal Trade Commission for selling counterfeit products.

I sent this email to them 8-15-26 then a second request and still now on 8-19-26 still no response. I called the phone number they list: 914-560-8402 and it refers you to their email address which is where I sent the two email requests before......." I am a new first-time customer. I bought the Dior Sauvage Eaude Parfum 3.4 oz your return policy says unopened items may be returned. How is a person supposed to know if the Parfum is authentic unless they remove the cellophane wrapper and open it and try it and smell it and compare it to an original bought at Macy's? I have opened the Parfum Dior Sauvage and it is not satisfactory. After just a short while you can no longer smell it and I have tried it twice and asked my sister who was with me in our car if she noticed any smell and neither her nor I could detect any results. I want to return this product because it is not the real unadulterated Parfum. I have "soaked" myself with this and in a few minutes nothing. It is obviously a watered down fake. There is no lot# stamp on the bottom of the bottle. No batch code. No stamp on the box Of course Macy's is more expensive but theirs is the real thing and this is not." And they will not respond to you.

This is a terrible company; I paid nearly $200 for an item, and they sent me a counterfeit product. They aren't answering any of my emails, and the phone just goes straight to voicemail. I’ve filed a complaint with the BBB. I hope they get penalized for treating customers this way.

If I could give zero stars I would. 1st it took 2 weeks to ship the product. That was the first red flag. This website sells knockoff perfumes. I ordered perfume and the scent wasn’t correct and neither was the packaging. This website is fraudulent. 0 out of 10 do not recommend!!!

SCAM SCAM SCAM!! Products are not legit. Imagine drinking a Snapple and then filling the empty bottle back up with water, the smell is there and that’s it. I’ve had real baccarat before, this bottle came all scratched looking used and abused with the damn label coming off. The moment I opened the box I knew right away, the packaging was cheap like they made the box from a printer at home. They stole $330 from me, I’ve sent the product back and have not received my refund or a email back. I sent the item back on June 13th, they responded on July 5 to my many emails with the same email they sent when I asked for a refund in June

This company is 100% a SCAM. The products are counterfiet. Real product has the lot # imprinted on the glass bottle. These cat piss smelling counterfiet bottles do not. The cap is not interchangeable with the real cap on Dior Savauge Elixer for example. There are still more flaws. These are all rebuys for me. I still have the originals to compare them to.

I ordered a YSL Y Eau de toilette from hottperfume. It took about two weeks to receive it. Once I did get it I opened the bottle and the liquid is a really dark blue compare to the original color. The Y logo on the bottle was glued on. I pulled it just a little and the whole logo came off. I also checked the serial number and it doesn’t match the serial number on the box. I sprayed it twice on my hand and it smelled like pure alcohol. No scent to it whatsoever. Hottperfume is a scam.

They are straight up a rip off never received nothing from them no phone message return no email return straight stealing folks money id advise anyone to not send these punk beeyatchs anymoney

I placed an order and never received it. I called the company, voicemail was full
And unable to leave message. I emailed them several times and no response. I had to file a dispute with PayPal.

I bought a 2.5 oz bottle of Tresor Midnight Rose Parfum.
I paid extra for special shipping. It was 7 days before it shipped and when it did ship, it shipped standard mail.
I already a bottle that I had been using. When I received the new bottle and sprayed it, it had no smell. I sprayed some of the original bottle I had on a blank piece of copy paper, and some of the new bottle on the other end of the paper. The new bottle had no smell to it, it was just water. waste of $77.98.

I will never order from them again. The bottles may look the same as the name brand. But it's not the actual brand.

Example- I purchased a bottle of Savauge. And the first thing I noticed. Was the smell did not last at all. I thought maybe it was just the fragrance doesn't mesh with my body. Then I noticed the name on the bottle just rubbed off. But I gave them another chance and bought another bottle of savauge. And the exact same thing. The smell last for a few minutes and the name on the bottle just rubs off. Then just to give them another chance I bought a bottle of YSL Y.

And the same thing the smell doesn't last at all. And then one day the sticker came off of the bottle that had the name of the cologne on it. Both of my son's have the same cologne. I tried theirs and it lasted way longer then what I had. Plus the name was engraved on the bottle. Not a sticker. They should let consumers know that they are imposters and stop saying they have name brand cologne at a lower price when it's actually fake.

I'm good, I'm definitely not getting anything from them again..

I will never order through this website again. The cologne I order was fake and when I tried to send it back I couldn’t because it took customer service forever to simply respond to an email. You want fake cologne this is the website for you. Otherwise don’t waste your hard earned money.

be careful, they are selling FAKE NAME BRAND PERFUMES. when i contacted them for a refund, they said i only had 7 days and since it was a birthday gift, i was already past the date. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM

After ordering several fragrances at hottperfume for the second time every fragrance I’ve ordered has been authentic and I paid below retail. No complaints here.

I bought a $150 perfume, and it was fake. Very, very fake.

Ordered creed aventus, and they sent a fake version of it.

I was sent a fake bottle of Creed Aventus. I should have known better, but took the gamble. The labeling is cheap, the letters are smudged, the atomizer is black instead of white. I contacted the seller and still no response. Will be disputing the charge.
