The call was quick and easy and the gentleman on the phone was very polite and chatty. It made the experience very easy and I didn't feel pressured into any decisions.

Signed up on a promise that wasn't delivered
Signed up to Homebox a year ago with the promise that they would manage everything. Turns out that my electricity provider has not received the meter readings I have been submitting to Homebox so it looks like I have been overpaying. When I said I wanted to close my Homebox account for non performance they said if I do they will charge a cancellation fee. Really? I would suggest that there are better service providers than this lot

The meter readings you submit through your Homebox account are automatically emailed to your supplier. We're sorry if your supplier did not action these readings appropriately.
I can see that your latest meter reading has now been manually submitted to the supplier, and they should issue an updated bill shortly.

They created the account within 5 minutes but when i wanted to cancel it within the cooling off period, there is nobody to help or support. After creating they disappear
