Vriendelijke relaxte mannen. Ze dachten mee en waren zorgvuldig met de spullen en met de gang bij het naar beneden tillen.
Erg tevreden met Ruben, Teun en Bojan.

Holland Movers moved us more than 400 km from Germany to the Netherlands. On both days they were very kind, professional, fast and meticulous. Highly recommended for anyone seeking to move places.

Ja, alles is heel gebleven, behalve een stop in het oude huis, door het doorknippen van een electriciteitskabel. Maar dat hebben we inmiddels zelf weer opgelost.

Do not use their services under any circumstances!

They write everywhere that your property is insured for millions of euros, while you will not get anything even if they intentionally break your furniture (according to their own reply).

When moving, they damaged some of our furniture. When I complained, they replied that I allegedly did not order "Full Service" (which is not true), so all the blame lies with me, despite the fact that they literally dropped the dryer in front of my eyes! After my comments, they simply stopped responding.

After reading the reviews of other dissatisfied customers, it becomes obvious that the good reviews are bought (this is also noted by many in the comments), while the bad reviews are real.

I complained about the following considering everything was ensured as their claimed.

1) Tumble Dryer. It was dropped by one of the movers who decided to move it alone from the van. I observed it myself. As a result, one of the legs of the dryer is broken and it is not stable anymore.
2) Baby’s chest of drawers. One leg is broken. It is not stable and it is not safe to place baby and change her clothes any more.
3) Mattress was torn. It was in perfect conditions, brand-new.

They responded that it was my fault since I did not order a Full-Service (which I did order) and advised me to fix my furniture myself. In case of Full-Service it would be their responsibilities.

I responded that we actually requested a Full-Service removal, attached screenshots from our e-mails and original confirmation from their website.

The following was written in the offer which confirmed that I was right about what we chose (Full-Service):
- packing electronics and mirror in bubble wrap
- packing the sofa, cabinets, dining table and the desk in movingblankets and sealweap
- packing loose items in boxes
- packing the hanging clothing in a wardrobebox
- packing the crockery in crockery-paper and into boxes

I asked at least if they are not going to compensate me the damage, to send their handyman to fix the damage. But they stopped replying.

In fact, we ordered this so called "Full Service" to avoid headache. OK, you pay more, but they do everything. Ha-ha.

Terrible service! Avoid them! Read other reviews. My losses were nothing compared to others people whose antique furniture was damaged. I wanted to cry when I was reading an elderly person's review about this.

I had an excellent experience with the moving service provided by Bojan G, Tom H, and Berend L. They arrived promptly and approached the entire process with exceptional care, dedication, and a positive attitude. They followed all our instructions meticulously and maintained a high level of professionalism and politeness throughout. Moving can often be a stressful experience, but thanks to their outstanding efforts, it turned into a pleasant and memorable one. I wholeheartedly recommend their services and sincerely thank them for their hard work.

De makkelijkste manier van verhuizen! Ik kon het niet beter of sneller doen. De jongemannen hebben alles netjes gesjouwd en in de vrachtwagen gedaan dat er werkelijk niets is stuk gegaan!
Zelf moet je wel van tevoren veel doen, mits je alleen de verhuisservice wil. Alles zelf goed inpakken zodat het goed gaat, de klant krijgt daardoor wel veel eigen verantwoordelijkheid. Er werd af en toe wel erg veel vertrouwen gegeven op dit laatste waardoor er heel makkelijk met dozen werd omgegaan. De inventarisatie lijst heb ik ook wel heel ver van tevoren moeten invullen waardoor ik een paar zaken was vergeten (wasmachine!) en dat kan wat extra tijd kosten. Deze lijst mag een keer herbeoordeeld worden tegen de verhuisdag aan. De verhuislift was ook wel erg lastig te plaatsen en wij hebben zelf creatief moeten helpen. Wellicht had Holland Movers dit van te voren kunnen doen. Al met al dus super tevreden!

Brilliant service from start to finish. Before the move they were super helpful and knowledgeable with any questions. During the move our movers were friendly, very careful and very capable. Honestly could not fault anything. Very glad we chose Holland Movers for our move!!

The workers were kind, on time, professional and executed the whole operation in a precise and on point manner. Highly recommended!

I would consider using again but would look for an alternative as it is expensive and the 3-hour minimum is too high. My move finished in 2hrs with time for movers to stop to buy breakfast (which I did not mind at all).
Worst part was that the mattress cover and plastic sheets were forgotten. My mattress was transported without any covering and it did get a bit wet. I also wanted to store some mattress in the basement and it got dusty/powdery because they forgot the plastic. I had to buy and wrap it myself after. Movers said that the communication between office sales and movers are not good.
But the movers themselves were great people, super friendly, and we talked the whole time.

I had a great moving experience supported by Rodion and Raul from Holland Movers recently. They were super professional and took care of everything with care on time !!!!!
