When the neon sign arrived it was broken. After e-mail contact a pickup was arranged and I received a new neon sign.
Communication was clear and the sign is beautiful.

Öncelikle ilgili ve sabırlı bir ekip her soruya özenle cevap verip ilgilendiler. Ürünün paketlenmesi, gayet özenle hazırlanmış olması ve sonuçta gelen ürünün kalitesi gerçekten çok iyiydi. Neon ürünlerde başka bir adrese gitmeye hiç gerek yok.

Letztes Jahr hat mein Freund mir zwei neon Bilder zum Geburtstag geschenkt, bei dem Mädchen mit den Perlenohrring sind nun schon 4 stellen kaputt und nicht mehr am leuchten, der Kundenservice wurde mehrfach von uns angeschrieben und äußerte sich nur einmal in dieser Angelegenheit dazu und teile uns mit das sie uns 10% Rabatt geben könnten, womit wir nicht zufrieden waren, da diese Bilder um die 110€ das Stück kosten, auf unsere Antwort das wir so nicht zusammen kommen würden, kam bezüglich Hoagard keine Antwort mehr. Ich bin mehr als enttäuscht und rate ab bei diesem Unternehmen zu bestellen.

Commande passée le 2 décembre, reçue mi février. Délai inacceptable. Attention, les files des néons sont à la couleur de la lumière que vous choisissez et ils sont dans un encadrement noir métallique car contrairement à ce qui a de présenté sur le site ils ne font pas ou plus d’encadrement transparent. Le cadeau a plu malgré tout mais je suis personnellement très déçue. Quant au SAV, ils vous répondent quand bon leur semblent et mentent sur les délais. Bref, je préfère payer un peu plus et avoir ce que je veux dans les délais. Je ne recommande pas.
