Vorab: Das bestellte Leuchtschild ist spitze - dafür alleine würde es 5 Sterne geben.

ABER!!!! Die Abwicklung und versteckten Zollkosten sind katastrophal. Seit über 6 Monaten (!) schreibe ich Mails und versuche jemanden zu erreichen. Ohne. jegliche. Rückmeldung. Einfach eine Frechheit.

13 Mayıs 2025'te verdiğim 53502 numaralı siparişim aradan bir ay geçmesine rağmen teslim edilmedi. Teslim edilmediği gibi konuyla ilgili yanıt da verilmedi. Sitede verdikleri iletişim numarası sahte, aradığımda böyle bir numara yok yanıtı alıyorsunuz. İstanbul'dan kalkıp Denizli'ye gitmemizi istiyorlar herhalde.

Le site indique 3 ans de garantie sur les décorations murales en métal. Celle que j'ai achetée a commencé à rouiller au bout de deux ans. Je les ai contacté plusieurs fois (mail, tel, whatsapp) et n'ai eu aucune réponse et donc aucun remplacement contrairement à ce qui est indiqué sur le site.
Vraiment pas sérieux et ne respectant pas leurs engagements

invoice from Germany inc VAT 21%...free delivery is guaranteed......but delivery came from Turkey with additional cost to be paid to fedex...I submitted this to Hoagard bij email....no response....unfair practices!!

Açıkçası reklamlardaki görsellerin biraz uzağında olmuş,logonun bir kısmı ledsiz olmuş,bilmiyorum belki teknik olarak mümkün değildi.
Çok güzel ambalaj yapılmış ama ek yerlerinden bir tanesi yapışmamış veya nakliye sırasında ayrılmış olarak geldi,kendim hızlı yapıştırıcı ile yapıştırdım.
Ayrıca arka tarafa mutlaka bir tedbir alınmalı,çünkü şerit ledler dışarı sarkıyor.Vitrin camına asılı olarak kullanmak istesem arka tarafın bu şekilde görünmesi istemem.
Kısacası düşündüğüm kadar memnun kalacaĝım bir sipariş olmadı

Die Bestelllung ging einfach, die Lieferung dauerte länger als erwartet und der schwarze Garderobenhalter schaut super aus obwohl ich Anderen zustimme, das Material fühlt sich schrecklich an. Aber dann kam die Rechnung vom Zoll. Und obwohl auf der Website klar und deutlich zu lesen ist : Wir übernehmen sämtliche Kosten die dem Kunden durch Zollgebühren entstehen, hab ich keine Antworten auf meine Anfragen gekriegt. Im Endeffekt habe ich jetzt doppelt so viel für meine Bestellung gezahlt als geplant! Also: Nie mehr wieder!

Update zu meiner Bewertung! Nach einer gewissen Zeit bekam ich eine Antwort und meine Zollgebühren wurden anstandslos zurück erstattet. Vielen Dank dafür!!

i orderd something 7 december by accident the wrong one and the same night i send a email that i want to cancel the order (i already paid)
no reaction, 6 other emails and telephone calls..no reaction..
now 1 week ago( waiting more then 8 weeks) i received the product that i didn’t want .
but still no reaction so i cannot send it back because i need the retourlabel.
watch out with this company because there cheaters.

This website is a fraud, I purchased an item the 23rd of November, now is the 9th of February and I did not received my item yet, I tried to send emails to ask about my order but no one ever answered me. I tried also to call the shipment company and they couldn't find any shipment with the tracking number provided by Hoagard. I will never order again on this awful website

Ich habe ein Standard Neonschild bestellt. Der Versand ca 3 Woche gebraucht und das über Weihnachten und Neujahr. Das Paket kam aus der Türkei und war super verpackt. Die Verarbeitung des Schildes finde ich super. Ich würde hier wieder etwas bestellen.

Ho ordinato un prodotto in metallo il 10 Dicembre (consegna stimata 5/10 giorni).
Il sito, una volta inserita la carta, procede subito con il pagamento invece che svolgere la solita procedura di sicurezza tramite la banca con tutti i codici e le doppie autentificazioni (già qui ho storto il naso).
Dopo 4/5 giorni sollecito per avere informazioni riguardo al mio ordine fino a quel momento neanche spedito.
Il giorno dopo confermano che il prodotto è stato spedito e presto sarebbe stato disponibile il tracking.
Dopo più di 15 giorni chiedo maggiori informazioni riguardo allo stato del mio ordine e il giorno dopo arriva una mail da parte dello spedizioniere riguardante la "comparsa" di dazi doganali da pagare.
Ovviamente avevo controllato tutte le note legali sul loro sito prima di ordinare il prodotto e viene specificato che il negozio Hoagard ha sede in Germania, perciò non vi è alcuna tassa doganale da pagare tra Germania e Italia (entrambi paesi UE).
Dalle mail dello spedizioniere vengo a sapere che l'articolo è stato spedito dalla Turchia (motivo per cui vi sono dazi doganali) allora contatto l'assistenza di Hoagard minacciando di annullare l'ordine se non avessero saldato loro stessi la tassa di importazione.
Dopo questa "minaccia" e qualche giorno di incomprensione vengo rimborsato della cifra dei dazi, con la quale effettuo il pagamento allo spedizioniere.
Dopo un paio di giorni finalmente arriva l'articolo a casa (più di un mese dopo).
Non ordinerò mai più da questo sito e lo sconsiglio vivamente a tutti. Il servizio clienti è davvero terribile nonostante il prodotto sia buono.

Il prodotto è molto bello ma la customer care e le modalità di spedizione sono davvero disastrose!
Ordine effettuato il 28-11 e ricevuto solo il 13-01! Ed era un regalo di Natale.
Ci sono stati problemi con la dogana che doveva risolvere direttamente l'azienda, ci hanno messo secoli.
È un peccato perchè il prodotto è davvero bello.

I have ordered a personalized neon sign the 30th of November 2024 and I still didn’t get it. 21 business days? Not really. Unfortunately I hadn’t a Christmas present at this point and I thought I got scammed. Never got an answer by mail. A couple of days I got a WhatsApp they have send (free shipping) it but now I got called by fedex that I have to pay €31,47 because there are customs duties, taxes and commissions... really? From Germany to Italy? I won’t recommend to buy by this website.

Sipariş 21 iş günü içinde teslim edilir dendi,zaten çok uzun bir süre verilmesine rağmen 21 iş günü geçti ama hala teslim edilmedi...

Bought it as a Christmas present and when I asked them about it they didn't reply. After a month the support (via Instagram) reply to me. Turns out they didn't even shipped it.

C'est dommage de demander un avis de satisfaction pour une commande passée le 29/11/2024 et qui n'est toujours pas reçue. Des échanges par WhatsApp me laissent espérer que le site est sérieux et que ma commande va arriver (nous sommes le 30/12/24) mais cela manque énormément de communication. A suivre.... Commande reçue le 07/01, très belle réalisation, ça valait le coup d'attendre !!

Cool product, packaging is really well done and pricing is reasonable.

But...
-Shipping takes waaaay longer than they claim on their website. Ordered on 2nd December, delivered the 27th of December (for a standard non custom product).
-There is 0 communication. Mailed customer support and got no answer.

So, lots of room for improvement for their communication

I placed the order on 27.11.2024. It says 21 days delivery time. Its'now 28.12.2024. I still have no product. When I tried to communicate several time, in just one of them, i get the answer "we will talk with the production and keep you informed". That's all. couldn't get another answer at all. I placed this order for my New Year Party. Even they send it, it will be absolute rubbish. Including the Chinese websites, this is the most dissapointed trade, I've done thorough the net. Shame on...

The company employees are polite but very slow and do not do the work on time, I do not have positive ideas, it was not delivered on the promised date and I am still waiting
