Solo dopo aver pagato il prodotto e durante la spedizione (in ritardo) hanno comunicato un extra costo.
Ho rifiutato il prodotto e aperto un reclamo con Paypal. Sconsigliato.

Null Kundenservice! Null Information! E-Mails werden nicht beantwortet, Eine Telefonnummer existiert nicht, bei der anderen Telefonnummer wird man zu einer Mailbox weitergeleitet. Es hebt nie jemand ab! Man wird nie zurück gerufen. Bestellt am 19.November. Geliefert am 24. Dezember!!! Lieferdienst FedEx war ebenso eine Katastrophe, dauerte ewig und war total kompliziert mit der Kommunikation. Viel Zeit investiert um das Paket zu erhalten. Die bestellten Wandhaken sehen gut aus, das Material greift sich jedoch grauenhaft an. Eine Rücksendung schaffe ich nervlich nicht mehr. Finger weg kann ich nur sagen. Würde nie wieder hier bestellen!

Kundendienst ist wirklich unzuverlässig... Man sollte hier auf jeden Fall dran arbeiten. Ansonsten kam das Paket doch an und das Neonschild funktioniert und sieht gut aus.
Bestellen würde ich dort trotzdem nicht noch einmal bevor sich nichts mit der Kommunikation ändert.

I ordered on December 2nd but the delivery delay was not respected. The main problem is no one answered to my emails.
I finally received my order. But if the company is overbooked in the period (black friday + holidays) and can't deliver within the delay and answer customer's mails, let's say it in the auto-reply mail. The customers would be aware and Hoagard would avoid many bad reviews.
Product is fine, some finishing touches could be better considering the product's price.
But it's fine.

J'ai commandé le 1er décembre un neon pour le Noël de mon fils. Le site annonce 7 jours pour la livraison. Je n'ai plus aucune nouvelle depuis malgré trois mails adressés en anglais. J'ai payé 145 euros... et je le regrette vraiment car je découvre que cette société est apparemment totalement nulle pour le respect des délais de livraison. Résultat, je vais devoir trouver un autre cadeau. Il paraît que les produits finissent par arriver. On verra.

They sent the product without a remote control, they sent the remote control later, they want me to connect it. Even though fifty days have passed, the order I placed on 22.10.2024 is still out of use, the gift has no meaning, is there a charge for interest until the product is sold? It takes too long for them to respond to get back information.

Product is great. Delivery was a lot longer than the estimate of 3 days. Over 3 weeks, which isn't an issue if you are aware. What was disappointing was no response to my emails, as after the initial response from purchase I couldn't get a response at all! However now that it is here, it is very good.

Die Lieferung hat mehrere Wochen gedauert statt 4-5 Tage und zwischendurch wurde nicht auf Nachfragen reagiert (war ein bisschen besorgt, ob es ankommt, da es einige schlechte Bewertungen gab), aber nun sind meine beiden Schilder doch gekommen - gut verpackt. Die Qualität ist wirklich super und hochwertig, bin super zufrieden. Wenn es nicht drauf ankommt, wann man das Paket bekommt, empfehlenswert.

Oncelikle ürünleriniz cok şık ve ortama değer katıyor

Uzun zaman sitenizde gezip urun almaya karar verdim ve 3 Kasım da " feel music" siparişi verdim. Bugun elime yurtici kargo ile sorunsuz bir şekilde ulaştı.

Ancak siteden baska urunlere baktığımda benim aldığım ürünün fiyatının 2800 TL e 2380 TL ye düştüğünu gördüm.

Daha urun elime geçmeden fiyat düşüşü yaşamış oldum.

Bu pek doğru ve hoş olmadı.

8 kasım’da üretime başlanan siparişimizden 29 kasım oldu hala haber yok. Bu kadar uzun süreceğini bilseydik gerçekten başka bir yerden sipariş verirdik. Sipariş kolaylığı ve kurumsal görüşünü sebebiyle hoagard’ı tercih etmiş idik. Bizim gibi aciliyeti olanlar tercih etmesin ancak siparişi veririm 3-4 hafta rahat beklerim diyen varsa size uygun olabilir.

Leider warte ich seit über 1 Monat auf meine "Dauert 7 Tage " Bestellung. Weder auf Emails an den Kundendienst, noch über den WhatsApp Service bekomme ich eine Antwort zum Status meiner Bestellung. Der Geburtstag, für den das Geschenk in der Bestellung ist, ist schon lange vorbei.... Wenn wenigstens eine Antwort kaäme, so nach dem Motto: Die Verzögerung tut uns leid, wir arbeiten daran.... Aber leider nichts.... sehr schade

Çok yavaş 1 ay oldu ürün elime ulaşmadı

Genellikle yaptığım alışverişlerde geri bildirim yapmak gibi bir alışkanlığım yok ama beklediğimin çok ötesinde harika bir ürünle karşılaştığımı yazmazsam olmaz.
