I have never had a worse experience. The products arrived 3 weeks after the delivery date. Even though they sent an email and said the celebration day and approved it. Now they are not responding to my emails and messages. I have never seen a more disrespectful and unprofessional place. To be clear, so far there’s seemingly nothing to put a finger on with the product itself. It looks and feels like high quality and paying extra for the remote was worth it.

However, i placed an order on August 30th and didn’t get it before September 20th - so much for for 5 days delivery.

Furthermore i didn’t receive any email between the confirm and the mail saying they’ve just sent it with DHL. I tried writing to them through their own webpage and even contacted them on Whatsapp, but no reply back with is really dissapointing.

Writing this review because would have helped me when purchasing the piece: IT IS AMAZING. Was a bit worried that it is a scam but NO, high quality, great price and fantastic designs. Very happy although delivery took longer than 7 days. But worth waiting it!

Order passed 1 month ago, never received, no any reply to any of my e-mails, messages on Whatsapp. This is now apparenting to a scam.

Ich habe 2 Artikel bestellt. Ein Artikel ist nach 6 Wochen nach mehrfacher Aufforderung bei mir eingegangen.
In der vorab E-Mail wurden beide Artikel
angekündigt. Ein Artikel war nur im Paket.
Trotz mehrfacher Anrufversuche und zahlreicher E-Mail‘s erfolgt keine Reaktion.

Auf jeden Fall Finger weg wenn man sich nicht aufregen möchte.

Versuche über andere Weg an die Erstattung zu kommen.

Produit qui correspond à nos attentes. Livraison semi-rapide.
En revanche pas de plan de montage mais on arrive à se débrouiller. L'accroche au mur est plus compliquée. Les vis ne sont pas fournies et il est difficile de trouver la bonne taille. Les accroches sont peu accessibles.
Après quelques recherches et bricolages, le rendu est top.

Kontaktaufnahme unglaublich schwierig. Das kann man nicht Kundenservice nennen.

Mittlerweile einen Klärungsfall über PayPal eröffnet.

Lasst bloß die Finger von denen. Das ist mit Abstand meine schlimmste Onlineshop Erfahrung.

Acquistato sul sito a inizio giugno una scritta personalizzata per cui veniva detto che servivano 21 giorni lavorativi. A inizio luglio ancora nessun aggiornamento. Inizio a scrivere al support via email, via whasapp...nessuna risposta.
Inizio a temere una truffa poi, dopo qualche giorno e altri solleciti scritti anche sulla loro pagina instagram, ricevo l'aggiornamento che il pacco è stato spedito.
Anche per la consegna DHL tempi biblici e due tentativi di consegna (pur essendo stata sempre a casa).
Insomma, il prodotto è arrivato ed è molto carino e di qualità (per questo 4 stelle).
A livello di support ed esperienza di acquisto è veramente pessima.

I am absolutely happy with my purchase from Hoagard. I purchased a neon sign, and it came within two weeks, very professionally wrapped against damage from the courier.
The quality is superb, and the staff is very friendly and helpful. I ordered a remote control after my purchase and they responded withoin 24 hours.
