Hice mi pedido el 16 de junio y deberia de haber llegado en 7 días, cosa que aun no ha sucedido tras 12 dias, y en su pagina web no aparece ni enviado, ni me han contestado a mail. No sé si llegará pero esta claro que en informacion postventa son de cero.

Ürün henüz ulaşmadı. Biraz erken bir anket olmuş ancak bu süreçte yaşadıklarımı aktaracak olursam teslimat süreleriniz çok uzun. Mutlaka yoğunluk vardır ve anlıyorum. 16 Mayıs tarihinde ödemeyi yapıp siparişi oluşturdum. 3-4 iş günü içinde onay için geri dönüş yapılacağı belirtilmiş ancak 12 gün sonra gönderdiğim fotoğrafların yetersiz olduğu ile ilgili geri dönüş yapıldı. 29 Mayıs tarihinde görsel için onay verdim ve hala bekliyorum. Siparişini verdiğim ürün neon bir ürün değildi. Dolayısıyla süre bana biraz fazla uzun geldi. Bu süreçle ilgili söyleyebileceğim en onun olumlu şey Whatsapp üzerinden iletişim kurduğum hanımefendinin bana gerçekten destek olması ve sabırla her sorduğuma açıklama yapmasıydı diyebilirim. Kendisine buradan bir kez daha teşekkür etmek isterim.

Sipariş sürecinden teslimata kadar sorunsuz bir alışverişti. Mağazam için özel tasarladığımız neon tabelam için verdiğim brief sonrası tek bir revizyona bile gerek duymadan harika bir tasarım ile ürünü hazırladılar. Ürün kalite olarak da harika. Teslimat süresi konusunda söyledikleri tarih aralığında ürün elime ulaştı. Süreçteki iletişimleri de kusursuzdu. Teşekkürler Hoagard ekibi!

I was unsure about ordering at Hoagard as most facebook ads are a scam. However, they had the Klarna afterpay option so I went for it.

I accidentally ordered the wrong item but support quickly fixed that for me.

After not hearing from Hoagard for while I suddenly got a notification that my item was in transit. The only strange thing is that the package was coming from Turkey, even though the site said that all European orders would ship from Germany. So that was either a lie or old information.

Finally after about 20 days (ish) I got the package and was suprised by the build quality. A nice metal frame and the leds are awesome and bright.

Would order again 👍

Ich habe am 06.06.2024 eine Neonleuchte aus dem Onlineshop bestellt mit einer Lieferzeit zwischen 7-21 Tagen. Ich wollte die Leuchte am 26.06.2024 als Geburtstagsgeschenk verschenken. Es wurde bisher nicht losgeschickt. Auf der Seite, auf der man den ‚Lieferfortschritt‘ sehen sollte steht seit Wochen nur ‚confirmed‘ - da bewegt sich nichts. Auf meine Nachfrage per Mail kam nur „entschuldigen sie die Verspätung, wir liefern so schnell wie möglich.“
Immer wenn ich versuche telefonisch jemanden zu erreichen, geht sofort die Mailbox ran. Und auch beim WhatsApp Chat antwortet niemand! Die Nachrichten wurden gelesen und ignoriert!
Und es gibt nirgends die Option die Bestellung zu stornieren, damit ich in fünf Tagen wenigstens was anderes verschenken könnte.

I ordered a Cocktails & Dreams neon sign and was promised delivery within 7 days (as stated on their website). After the 7 days I was informed by Hoagard that I needed to pay an additional fee to cover some additional shipping costs towards DHL due to the dimensions of the package and the region i live in (Denmark). This is even though their website states that free delivery to Denmark is included with the price. Since I paid the additional fee I haven't heard anything back on either email, text messages on WhatsApp or Instagram messages. So I am left with the feeling that I've paid for a product that I am not going to receive on top of being ignored.
