I can not speak highly enough of all the staff at Hillside Hair Clinic. I had looked at different clinics and possibly going abroad to have the procedure but from my very first meeting with Dr Ali he helped me feel at ease and was very open and honest with me from the start about what was achievable and what to expect. He made my decision to choose Hillside an easy one. On the day of my surgery Dr Ismail and his team were fantastic and looked after me really well. The after care is second to none, there is always someone available on the other end of the phone anytime I need any advice. It’s been 3 months since my procedure and I’m already very happy with my results and have noticed a huge improvement in my appearance. Thank you all once again!

I recently had a new hairline implanted at hill side. Excellent team from start to finish! Dr Ali and Regina very professional and welcoming. I had my treatment done last week from Dr Furqan and the two specialist ladies. Literally made me feel so relaxed and all the way through out made sure I was ok. The after care has been 10/10, with Faye checking up and always available for any of my questions. Honestly worth every penny, I look faward to seeing my results in a few months but would highly recommend these guys.

If you're looking for a transplant then look no further than Hillside Hair Clinic! You'll get the best medical consultation and aftercare with Dr.Ali and Regina. The Surgeon Ismail and all the hair technicians were amazing and so caring. The 2 ladies' at reception are very helpful and comforting always up for a good chat. A very relaxing environment. 10/10

Excellent from start to finish.
Sheli at reception was very helpful with initial consultation, then Dr Ali explained the whole process clearly and simply and answered any queries I had.
The day of the surgery couldn't have gone any smoother, Dr Ali was very welcoming, then Dr Ughratdar and the girls worked seamlessly to a finish, actually achieving 500 more grafts than originally planned. Remarkably painless and the end results look great, I cannot wait to see how it develops.
The post op and aftercare instructions are explained and are simple to follow, and the personal touch reaching out from Regina and Dr Ali to see how I am doing is also a nice touch.

I have to say was extremely impressed from start to finish with Hillside and the FUE I had done. I waited to get the team of Ewa, Dr Ish, Kindra and Amanda after hearing good reports about their work and was more than impressed. Nothing was too much trouble and done in a relaxed, clean professional environment. They worked together like a well-oiled machine and actually got more grafts than initially stated. Dr Ali and his staff were welcoming and professional and the whole experience had the feel of an established experienced organisation.

Brilliant. Relatively painless procedure to the extent I fell asleep during the operation! Very pleased with the results.

A very professional and informative Clinic both pre and post op. Doctor Ali presented me an honest evaluation of the options which he reviewed & guided me through. Regina the consultant was also very comforting and knowledgeable in hair loss.

I can’t thank these guys enough! I’m a day after surgery and I’m delighted. Dr Ali was brilliant from the outset, the great ladies at the front of house (Sheli and Chloe) really look after you and make you feel welcome. I had Dr Ismael who is so calming and makes you feel at ease. Special thanks to Amanda, Kindera and Eva who worked really well on my scalp too. Overall my experience has been excellent in a really clean and excellent clinic. I can’t wait fir the results!

I was initially very nervous about getting the procedure but on the day I was made the feel at ease and more relaxed about the whole thing, mainly due to the professionalism of everyone involved and how welcoming and nice they were.

I am only on 4 months post op but I am already seeing promising results.

Overall the actual process of getting the transplant procedure done at hillside was complete smooth sailing, the only hard bit is waiting for the final results.

I don't think I could have managed this process without the pre & post care help this clinic provided to me.

Even before the FUT transplant procedure I was a nervous wreck but the team at Hillside helped me through it prior to the procedure with a consultation and their availability on line answering all the questions and concerns I had.

The procedure itself went smoothly on the day and the team were fantastic in making me feel comfortable and at home.

The after care was exceptional as so many questions were going through my mind but Hillside were there for me and available at all times and answered all the queries I had.

Dr Ismael & his team did a brilliant job and not even 5 weeks after the procedure people are already noticing that my hair is looking thicker and fuller than it was before the procedure and the full impact hasn't even started yet. I can't wait to see what it looks like in 6 months time.

Quite a few people, including my hairdresser, are so impressed with the results on me so early on that they are planning their own procedures with this clinic in the imminent future.

This whole team at Hillside are very professional, down to earth & helpful at all times and I feel very fortunate that I found them.
