The service was great, from the early chats with Kevin right through to the FUT procedure.
Unfortunately, 18 months down the line and I haven't seen any results except for the continuous receding and thinning.

I am sure this procedure works for many people, unfortunately for myself I'm worse off than I was beforehand.

I had a FUE Transplant with Hillside Hair Clinic and it was a brilliant experience from start to finish. I had a consultation before with Dr Ali who was brilliant he had ran through the procedure and told me exactly what i needed, he was very approachable and knowledgable and i was made to feel at home. I had been nervous going in but as soon as i arrived i was made to feel at home and it was a really nice atmosphere, The surgery was done by Dr Krishnan who was brilliant and really takes care of his patient and makes sure you will achieve exactly what you want, his staff were also brilliant and made me feel relaxed and the whole procedure was painless just a slight sting with the initial injections but that was very minor nothing to worry about. I cant wait for the next 6-12 months for my hair to grow. Overall amazing 5 star experience.

For anyone interested in this procedure or want to deal with hair loss i would highly recommend Hillside.

At age 19, I noticed a major difference in the texture of my hair. It was starting to thin rapidly and it began to take a toll on my mental health. Luckily for me, the clinic was just around the corner from where I live. I decided that PRP was the best option for me and it definitely has been. Along with the finasteride I was introduced to. Because of this, I feel much more confident and happier within myself.
And to add to this, the staff make it worth while being there as they play a massive part in making the patients feel comfortable and wanted in their enviroment. I love the tea cups as well!

Took the plunge 3 days ago and had my hair treatment at Hillside hair clinic.
My hair loss hadnt bothered me too much but figured you only live once lets give this a whirl.
Like everything there are cheaper options out there but I wanted a UK company who would look after you well and not bodge the treatment.
From the moment I walked through the door I knew I had make the right decision.
All staff are really friendly, have huge experience and know exactly what they are doing.
The treatment took around 7 hours in total - its not the most pleasant experience but the team make it is comfortable and as painless as it could possibly be.
All you have to worry about is trying to relax as much as possible the rest is taken care of by them - from food and drinks, netflix and rest. They took care of taxis to and from the hotel.
I popped in the next day to thank them and the surgeon found time to check me over.
If you do consider having this done then I thoroughly recommend you speak to Hillside and see what they can offer you.

Complete transparency during my consultation with Dr. Wilf Ali. Although feedback wasn't entirely what I wanted to hear. He reassured me with confidence that waiting was the best approach going forward, rather than spending more money than sense. If things recover I will definitely be going back to them for any hair loss operation.

I have just had an FUE procedure.
It was a superb, totally client focused experience. The professionalism delivered by Dr Ali, Dr Raja and the very capable staff was, to say the very least, outstanding. They excel in all areas of satisfaction, including technical expertise, personal relations, clear communication, and thoughtfulness,
I think one of the biggest compliments I can give, is that the clinic’s focus on quality and it's delivery across the many aspects and interfaces necessary, at a time when clients are obviously in a heightened state of expectation, is quite frankly, exemplary. Nothing is too much trouble and it all seems effortless. That is the sign of good leadership, process, and implementation, and it percolates throughout all areas of the organisation.
Although it is very early days for me, I am comfortable that my progress will be good, but also assured in the knowledge that if there are any issues, these exceptional doctors will sort out any matters whatsoever in a dependable manner. They are as keen as their clients on obtaining the very best results possible, and this speaks volumes.

My hair was slowly thinning so I decided to have three prp sessions and I am extremely happy with the results. I began noticing a difference after a few weeks of the first appointment. Several months later I have a full head of hair. All of the staff are very friendly, helpful and professional, they give honest answers to all queries. I would definitely recommend!

After first contacting a few different companies, I found the Hillside Hair Clinic with great reviews.

As I contacted them over the COVID period, I expected it to be more of an enquiry. After sending a couple of photos, I was called by Dr Ali. He was amazing. I hadn’t really done much research into the techniques and he took me through the whole process and made me feel very at ease. Not trying to sell the service but more to educate me about my options. After things started to settle, I was contacted by the clinic and Dr Ali again about how I was feeling and gave me much more information and wanted to introduce me to a surgeon. Even on the day of the procedure Dr Ali did constant checks to see how I was doing.

Dr Ganesh Krishnan then called me to discuss the procedure. After talking to him, I decided I wanted to go ahead with the procedure and I booked a date.

Arriving on the day, I was welcomed into the Clinic by the reception team who were great and made me feel very welcome straight away. Dr Ganesh arrived and then took me through the paperwork and stared to create my new hairline ready to start the procedure, again he was so helpful and very informative.

During the day, there are a few different stages and, as I was having 2000 grafts, it was quite a lengthy procedure. As I entered the room, I was greeted by Jess who spent most of the day with me, carrying out her many jobs. She was amazing all day. Kind, reassuring, down to earth and made me feel very comfortable during the whole process. Claire joined us later to continue helping with the procedure and she again was also very professional and welcoming and made me feel at ease straight away (even with my head facing down). During the day, everyone who worked at the Clinic was so friendly and helpful and kept me well fed, watered and entertained.

Although I am on two days post op, I already feel so much better for having the procedure. Dr Ganesh was amazing all day and a very nice guy. I felt in safe hands at all times which settled my nerves very quickly. Hearing reassurance from Jess and Claire about how good Dr Ganesh’s work was was really nice. I haven’t had much swelling or pain after two days and I believe this is down to the excellent workmanship from the whole team.

I cannot recommend this place highly enough and it is a decision I am so happy I made to pursue with the Clinic in Nottingham.

The after care has been amazing already - phone calls, follow up session and my first hair wash the day after again to make me more confident to carry on over the next couple of weeks. Dr Ganesh even offered for me to find him in the hotel we were staying at if I had any problems.

Thank you to everyone involved in my day, what seemed a daunting day turned out to be a calm and lovely experience.

I had a hair transplant just this week at the Nottingham HHC.
I was welcomed on the day with smiles and refreshments and despite being quite nervous my mind was put at ease.
I had an initial consultation with Dr Ali who was great, very friendly, knowledgeable and honest. On the day Dr Ali was around for a chat again which was nice. It was Dr Raj who undertook my procedure who was great. Again he made me feel at ease throughout the day. The technicians working with me throughout the day were also all great, Phil in particular, who was a genuine nice guy. Dr Raj takes real pride in his work and although it’s too early for me to see results just yet I can say my experience was great. The pain was minimal thanks to Dr Raj and the technicians. I’m looking forward to attending the clinic again in a months time for a follow up and some PRP therapy. If you are thinking of a hair transplant, do it, and do it here! Thanks Nottingham HHC team!

It’s been 6 months since my FUE hair procedure at HHCs Nottingham hair clinic and now I have had time to see the results, I feel I can give an honest review of my experience with HHC.

Initially I had a consultation in December in Sale with Dr Ali and Regina, which was very convenient for me considering I live in Blackpool. Dr Ali and Regina asked all the right questions to ensure I had considered all my options before deciding to have a hair procedure. They could not have made me feel more at ease in a situation that otherwise could be quite uncomfortable when talking about a feature of yourself that you are not happy with. They even got in touch with Dr Raja, my eventual surgeon to allow me to ask questions directly, ensuring my expectations were realistic.

Fast forward to the date of my procedure, the evening before I visited the clinic to have a look around and was greeted wholesomely by Dr Ali before he introduced me to the rest of the team and offered me refreshments and time to relax after my journey down from Blackpool, despite my procedure not being until the next day.

The following day I arrived at the clinic again and the team made me feel welcome, relaxed and at ease before I discussed my upcoming procedure at length with Dr Raja to ensure we both agreed the right hair line to suit me. Dr Raja provided excellent advice at this stage that helped ensure I would achieve the best and most natural outcome. Throughout the procedure, Dr Raja and the technicians Amanda and Phil made sure I was comfortable, refreshed and pain-free.

Post-procedure I received full support from HHC including a full medication regime and dedicated WhatsApp support 24/7 which helped me get through the after care and cleaning routine without issue.

1 month after my procedure I had a PRP treatment in Manchester with Regina and Dr Ali which was great as they were able to give me further after care advice and listen to how I have been since my procedure.

As stated earlier, I have just had my 6 month review at HHC in Nottingham and again I was welcomed like a family member into the clinic upon my arrival. Everyone was genuinely pleased to see me and my results and their reactions were so great to experience. I am already looking forward to returning to the clinic for my 1 year review.

The results I have seen from my FUE procedure have absolutely changed my life for the better and I cannot thank the whole team at HHC enough, Dr Ali, Regina, Dr Raja, Amanda, Phil, Sheli and the entire reception team - thank you so much.

I initially made contact with Hillside Hair Clinic back at the beginning of Lockdown in March for an FUE hair transplant. I spoke with Dr Ali who ran through the procedure and answered all the questioned I had at this stage. I went away for a few weeks to decide if I wanted to go ahead, after contacting other clinics I decided to go with Hillside as their approach was completely different to others I had spoken too - no sales tactics involved at all!

The surgeon who was booked to carry out my procedure, Dr Raja spoke to me on the phone on 2 occasions prior to my procedure to answer any questions I had (There were a few!) I felt re-assured that I had made the right decision after having these conversations with Dr Raja.

On the day of my procedure, I was introduced to the whole team and they all made me feel at ease and welcome! The whole feel and environment of the clinic is amazing. Friendly, clean and welcoming.

The procedure it's self, carried out by Dr Raja, Phil & Amanda was faultless from start to finish, there was no pain and they continued to talk to me throughout the procedure to ensure I was comfortable. Lunch was also provided by the local café.

2 days later and so far I have not had any pain, and I can already see the hair follicles slowly growing. I cannot wait to see the progress over the next 12 months!

If anyone reading this review is hesitant, please do not be, I can re-assure you that this clinic can not do enough for you!

I spoke to Dr Ali today on a free consultation and was blown away by his frank, honest and moral assessment of my need to have a hair transplant. The advice given was that it was NOT needed and that there was an alternative to thicken hair already in place. A very thorough review of why I contacted the Hillside Clinic both medically and with care taken and I can honestly recommend anyone to go through the same course.
Money is not the overriding issue with this company.
It's the correct decision for the individual.

What a great day. Had my Fue procedure with 2300 grafts. Started the day with a big welcome, made to feel at home by Dr Ali and his team. When the procedure started I was given access to my own private facilities, which was very welcome. Furqan Raja and his team of technicians made an immediate impact, by welcoming me and explaining every detail of the FUE procedure. During the procedure, I was continually kept informed by Dr Furqan Raja and checked on by Dr Ali which was very reassuring. My results are outstanding, I was unable too feel any pain as the grafts were taken and placed into the hairline and middle of head. I was given a care pack and given full details of how to complete aftercare and given details for people I could contact every day. Drinks, lunch, snacks and other refreshments had been provided none stop. To top everything off, i was sent a text by the aftercare team checking in on me to ensure i was okay. Really impressed with how efficient the treatment is.

After noticing my hair thinning I wanted to explore what options I had, having not even reached the age of 30. All the team at hillside are friendly and professional and made me feel comfortable. The PRP treatment showed results almost straight away and I would definitely recommend hillside to anyone.

Attended my first PRP session (with Regina) a couple weeks back, fantastic service, friendly staff and competitive prices.

The team make a real effort to understand your individual circumstances and build a treatment plan to suit. Regina also (very helpfully) advised how I might boost my hair growth by discussing my vitamin intake and diet with me.

Although I was initially nervous to start treatment/ reach-out the team very quickly made me feel relaxed and put my mind at ease - I’m looking forward to future treatments.

Cant thank everyone at the clinic enough😊 such a nice bunch of staff and experts,everything was just perfect right down to the cuppa and biscuit,we had a laugh from start to finish which makes a huge difference to how the day goes by,very very professional though in everyway,ish and the girls mandy etc were great and we chatted constantly.if you’re thinking about this or another procedure for hair loss DO NOT look any further,you will not get a better outcome or better care and trust than these guys and girls.absolutly fantastic in every way 😊

My personal experience with hair was a daunting affair so I decided to do something about it and potentially restore my self esteem.
After conducting a lot of research into Hair Transplants, Hillside hair clinic was on the top of my list to have the procedure done which was conveniently located in the midlands, when I arrived for my consultation the staff members were very well attired, polite and kind enough to offer me a drink whilst I wait, during my visit I was very impressed of the lay out and the cleanliness of the facility which gave the impression of patients in mind, during the consultation Dr Ali is a lovely man and certainly speaks with passion, explaining everything I needed to know about the FUE procedure and how it’s a more suitable option for me, satisfied I booked a confirmation date for the go ahead.

On the day of the procedure I was a little nervous but excited at the same time, I was greeted by a lovely staff member called Faye who took a few details before my procedure taking my height and weight and was kind enough to show me through to the waiting area and took my lunch order, the level of professionalism was reassuring and placed me at ease before stepping into the hot seat.
The surgeon Dr Ismail and his team of technicians did very well to look after me whilst I was having the procedure done, I felt very relaxed and felt no pain at all during the Hair Transplant the surgeon’s methods were very meticulous and informed me of every step he took, I understand the reason why Dr Ismail has an outstanding reputation. Halfway done, during my break my excitement grew as a basket of chocolate treats were waiting for me on a table which brought back a few nostalgic memories from child hood lol which I was recommended to eat to keep my blood sugars up. By the end of the procedure I was extremely satisfied with the outcome it wasn’t as invasive as I initially thought and there was little to no swelling. The surgeon was very helpful to explain and go through the important steps of taking the medication through a schedule and committing to the aftercare post procedure.

One thing I’ve noticed about the advantages of having a Hair Transplant locally instead of abroad is that the level of aftercare is unmatched. I am currently going through the process now and the clinic keeps in regular contact with me to see how I’m feeling and to go through the various steps of washing to prevent any issues, they’re on hand 24,7 to assist any questions or concerns you may have.

Overall I am extremely happy that I chose the service at Hillside Hair Clinic it’s an outstanding establishment with the staff and doctors to match, it does feel that this place thrives to look after it’s clients and ultimately combat your hair issues for good.
