I chose HHC purely from the positive feedback on this page, and after just having my prodecure its easy to see why they have such quality reviews.

Every single staff member I interacted with from start to finish was amazing and couldn't do enough for me. There is a real emphasis on customer service.

For now it's a 5 star review, and will update after 12 months when the graft area has fully matured.

I had my fue procedure 4/5 days ago and I have to say that I am very impressed with everything I have seen at hillside. Every single person in the building was helpful, caring, and supportive; even if they weren’t involved in my procedure.

Dr Raja and his team did a fantastic job to make sure that I was calm and comfortable after being really quite nervous. They all did what they could to calm my nerves and were incredibly professional and kind.

I am very happy with the hairline so far after having roughly 1600 grafts for a receding hairline. I am performing all the aftercare currently and hillside are still calling my every day to check I am okay and if I need anything or if I want to ask any questions to see if I’m doing things correctly. I will just have to wait for the final results after the hair grows in to determine the full success, but based on the experience, I imagine the final results to be fantastic.

I would definitely recommend this place for anyone suffering with hair loss that isn’t happy about it. Fantastic place.

I had my hair transplant 8 months ago and I have no other words to express my experience as SUPERB!! Staff is extremely thoughtful. I visited hillside hair clinic and had a appointment with dr Krishnan. I was originally quoted 1700 grafts, but the Dr informed me I would only need 1350 so I very much appreciated the honesty as they could have just charged me for more leaving an unnatural look. The procedure was so easy from start to finish, the entire team are extremely friendly. The procedure last around 5/6 hours and was looked after the entire way through, including lunch, my own snack box, and they even let me return the day later as my train was late in the day. Tonicha was especially kind to me. This is only the day after the procedure so we will assess the results, but I have total faith in dr Krishnan and the team. The only pain I suffered was with the injections and after that I did not feel a thing. I would definitely recommend this practice.

I have recently had a catch up with the guys at hillside, I sent a photo of my fantastic hair transplant I had done by them,I could not be happier,,its awesome, the aftercare is lovely and I'll look like elvis by xmas no question..hillside is the total professional experience, no question, lovely people xx..🤟🤟👍👍

I visited Hillside Clinic for a consultation with Dr Ali. From the start the whole experience was very welcoming and professional.
Dr Ali on this occasion advised against treatment due to ongoing immune problems. Whilst other clinics were happy to take my money knowing the implications it could have caused.
I would recommend Hillside to anyone considering a transplant, If you want a professional experience without the sales pressure then visit Hillside.

Hillside hair clinic, Nottingham. After my initial consultation with Dr Ali, I was very impressed with the level of professionalism and courtesy from the clinic. Dr Ali recommended FUE transplant with Dr Bauer, which is what I went for. Flawless from start to finish. Was made to feel very welcome by Preya on reception who talked me through what the day would look like, went through some paperwork and took my lunch order. After that I met Dr Bauer who was fantastic, very calm and professional, made a stressful situation seem almost normal. Amrit the lead tech was also very nice, very helpful and professional. Having read the reviews about this clinic I was in no doubt where to go for my procedure. Certainly exceeded my already high expectations. Very pleased with the result and the time Dr Bauer took to explain aftercare and the procedure itself. Minimal pain afterwards. Overall I would highly recommend this clinic if you are looking at hair restoration.

Had an initial consultation recently. I had worried that due to my younger age, I might find the experience unwelcoming, but I instantly felt like my concerns were being listened to and I look forward greatly to moving forward with my treatment.

So I’ve been on a hair loss journey for about 4 to 5 years now and trust me when I say this I have put in hours/days of research into clinics etc. I came across some very pushy salesman who just want money in their pocket rather than care of patient. This however was absolutely not the case with Hillside. From my first talk/consultation with Kevin I knew this was the place to go he had no pushy sales gimmicks only facts and advice for me.
So the day of the surgery I was pretty nervous (understandably) but how that changed when Dr Raja came and sat down to talk with me, he is an absolute professional who provided a seamless experience from start to finish I will be recommending his services to all of my friends and family. Also his technician Haj was amazing too who put me at great ease and was great to talk with whilst the procedure was going on. I would give this place 100/10 if I could. This is only the day after my procedure so I will follow this up with how the results are. But yeah to anyone out there reading reviews like I spent many hours doing myself, here is the place to go and Dr Raja is the man you should be asking for!

I recently had an initial consultation with Dr Ali after suffering significant hair loss. The staff member who greeted me immediately made me feel relaxed and welcome.
During my consultation Dr Ali listened to my concerns and offered me valuable advice. Unfortunately in my case, he was unable to help in clinic but recommended a way forward and even wrote me a referral to discuss with my own GP.
I cannot recommend highly enough

I was nervous about contacting Hillside Hair Clinic, but every member of staff I spoke to was very friendly and helpful. My consultation with Dr Ali put me further at ease. He took the time to explain clearly the appropriate treatment options and having felt so reassured I booked an appointment for the following week to start PRP therapy.

After having an fue transplant with Hillside Hair Clinic I thought I give them an honest review. I did a lot of research before hand I even thought about travelling to turkey, you hear so many horror stories regarding turkey so I decided to research the hillside hair clinic from first contact I instantly felt at ease. Due to the pandemic I had to have a telephone conversation with Sorena who was brilliant she got me in touch with dr Bauer and she told me everything little detail about the procedure and also detailed the pros and cons as not every transplant is guaranteed success. Dr Bauer’s knowledge was exceptional after our video call I knew she was the surgeon I wanted to preform my transplant. Upon on arrival at the clinic is was met by a lovely women who took me through the step by step inventory of my day and made me feel comfortable. I then met with dr Bauer filled in all the forms and away we went. The procedure was a full day which started with multiple injections in to the doner sight to numb the area the injections had a slight stinging sensation but not for long then it was time for dr Bauer to work her magic. I had 1000 grafts taken and implanted in to my temple area. This procedure was over 2 full days 500 grafts per day. The care from the whole staff before during and after the procedure have been so amazing. I was sent away with a full after care package with pain meds and antibiotics and a spray bottle to keep my grafts moist then I received a phone call a day after week after and a month after the procedure asking for photos of the areas etc. I’m 1 month post opp and my hair is growing nicely in the areas of both doner and transplanted sites. It’s still very early for my full results but I can’t sing Hillside hair clinics praises enough I will recommend them to anyone who’s struggling with hair loss there brilliant

I was accompanied by friendly staff who were very informative and professional. The procedure itself was very unique and highly effective. I highly recommend this treatment to anyone with hair loss or weakened hair.

14/03 - 2,300 grafts done via FUE.

What can I say. The communication from the patient coordinator Vanessa Waring was exemplary. Gave me the VIP treatment, from one week before the procedure to run through the pre-op, and constantly checking up on me post-op. She is amazing.

The surgery was a breeze. I was apprehensive about the injections, but Dr Krishnan explained it to me perfectly during the pre-op. This man knows his stuff. Like the back of his hand. Very humble and full of knowledge.

The rest of the team are superstars: Symone, Haj, Cleo & Amrit were always asking how I was and were very professional.

Annie the receptionist was also lovely.

Best place in the UK to get this done in my opinion. 100%. Don’t be fooled by the other competitors. Hillside is the one.

After contacting hillside hair clinic with ease, they gave me a consultation over video call with Dr Ali. He was very honest and helpful when telling me that a transplant probably wouldn't work very well for the hair that I already have. He recommended other options for my hair and even directed me to another clinic for the other option. I thought this was very professional and honest of him as he could have just taken my money and gone ahead with the procedure knowing it wouldn't work.
Thank you Dr Ali for your help and honesty. It is much appreciated and nice to know there is businesses out there that aren't just about the money

I researched the varied hair clinics around the country and opted to have an FUE procedure under the care of Mr Krishan at the Hillside clinic. I was impressed with the detail, care and and honesty with which he and the rest of the team practiced. From the preparation phase, to the procedure and post op care it has been an excellent experience. I am only a few weeks out from the procedure but I am looking forward to the long term result that I will hopefully get. A great team with Dr Ali at the helm, and overall an amazing service. Highly recommended.

After noticing my hairline receding gradually over the years and becoming very self conscious of it I decided to book a consultation with Hillside.
Dr Ali did not try to hard sell me on anything and simply provided me with information and alternatives to surgery. I began on finasteride and PRP sessions which thickened up the hair I had. 10 months later my hair was looking good but I was still concerned about my temples which had already recedded beyond what I found comfortable.
I decided to go for FUE since over the months I had built up a lot of trust with the clinic.
On the day I was well looked after, fed and watered. Very professional surgeon and technicians. It was an all day procedure so by the end I was getting very uncomfortable and a little agitated but Dr Natasha remained comforting and professional throughout.
It has been two weeks since my procedure and I am very happy with the aftercare. I have had plenty of check ups from Vanessa who has called or texted me to see how I'm doing. I left the clinic with plenty of aftercare products and medicines to help the recovery.
Overall I cannot fault this team or clinic. If you are thinking of going abroad because it is cheaper then please think again because you will not get the same care both pre and post op like Hillside.

After much prevarication for some considerable time , I finally decided to go ahead with a hair procedure . After almost making a mistake with my first aborted attempt, which involved flying out of the country, I did some more research and had Hillside recommended to me. That turned out to be the best decision that I have ever made .
My initial contact was through Kevin, who proved to be extremely amiable and knowledgeable and spent a great deal of time ,on quite a number of occasions , answering all my queries and concerns. He then initiated a trip to the clinic to meet with Dr. Ali and Dr. Krishnan for a further consultation. This proved to be incredibly helpful and left me in no doubt that Hillside would be the best and most professional people to put my trust in .
It is worth pointing out that never at any stage during my decision making was i subjected to any hard sell . All the facts were put to me , all the options were made available to me , all my concerns were answered honestly and professionally, and I was then left to think it over and make the decision in my own time .
Although slightly nervous on the day of the procedure I still felt one hundred per cent confident that I was in good hands . Which absolutely proved to be the case.The procedure was not an ordeal in any way at all , as I imagined it might be , because mine was a long procedure which lasted all day . This was purely due to the amount of restoration which was my personal choice to have done in one procedure.
It actually proved to be a very enjoyable day .
Dr. Krishnan proved to be an incredibly professional , skilled and friendly surgeon . Both him and his team of technicians were incredible during the course of the day . They couldn’t have been more supportive and caring and took great care and attention to put me at ease and to feel comfortable the whole time .
The procedure went extremely well and I was astonished at how negligible the trauma was to my head , given some of the photos that I have seen of people who have had this done at other clinics . The healing process was remarkably quick after the procedure, albeit the skill of Dr. Krishnan and his team of technicians meant that there was actually very little to heal . After a few weeks I am already much further ahead than I anticipated being with the recovery process and the regrowth of my hair . They have at all times been in contact with me to check on my progress , special mention to Kevin and Vanessa for that . They have both been available to me whenever I’ve had any queries, as have Annie and Preya at the clinic itself .
In summary I cannot speak highly enough of everyone connected with Hillside . Their professionalism, honesty, knowledge, skill , friendliness and trustworthiness is incredible. Quite honestly they have managed to exceed my expectations and I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone who was considering a procedure .
