Good prices, not so good communication.
I ordered a bay window curtain pole plus a couple of Georgian lever backplate door handles. It was supposed to be next day delivery, which was true for the door handles.
The curtain pole apparently had to be specially ordered, so presumably is not kept in regular stock, and took considerably longer to arrive. This would have been fine if they had kept me updated adequately, but in the event I had to call them twice to find out where my curtain pole was, which should not need to happen.
Also, they don't do the Georgian handles in euro lock profile even though they do a Victorian euro, which is rather an omission. I would have liked to have ordered some of those but instead had to go elsewhere for a rather higher price.

Thank you for your feedback. We’re pleased to hear that your Georgian lever backplate door handles arrived as expected.
We’re sorry that you had to contact us twice for an update on your bay window curtain pole. We appreciate that the additional wait was frustrating. The curtain pole is sent directly from our supplier and has a longer lead time, which is advertised on both the product page and our delivery information page on our website. That said, we accept that we could have communicated the progress of your order more proactively, and we apologise for the inconvenience caused.
Regarding the Georgian handles, we appreciate your feedback about the lack of a Euro lock profile. We understand why this would have been useful and will certainly take your comments on board when reviewing our product range.
Thank you again for taking the time to share your experience.
