The product was as described
The product was as described, however I was disappointed that no screws were included with the hasp and staple. Also DPD managed to lose the order in transit so I had to chase it. I was out when it was delivered and was left a note that it had been left with my neighbour at No 4. I live at No 4. My neighbour lives at No 2.

We appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback. We are concerned to hear about the missing screws and the delivery issues you experienced. We are actively reviewing our packaging process to ensure all components are included and are also addressing the delivery service concerns with DPD to prevent such mix-ups in the future.

The ordered levers and bathroom dead bolts were of high quality and supplied expeditiously. On this occasion, they were cheaper than other suppliers and I would consider value for money
