Good buy and delivered quickly
We were pleased to be able to buy some replacement handles for our kitchen units from this company which was great. The price was good and they were delivered quickly. The only snag was that they were packed in a box which was far too big. The box was badly damaged on arrival. Fortunately, the items hadn't fallen out.

I bought door handles and as they did…
I bought door handles and as they did not match the image, I sent an email to voice it. I got a generic template response and due to the building works etc, I was not able to locate the box with the items until now as the house was in chaos. The items are unopened and I made the claim just a few days after receiving the item but I am now denied return as I did not send them back in time.

We’re sorry you’re disappointed with the outcome. You were provided with full instructions for arranging the return when you first contacted us over three months ago. Unfortunately, as the goods were not returned within the required timeframe, we are no longer able to accept them back. We appreciate your understanding.

Top service
Saw the door knobs I wanted on the website. Sent a query about them and received an answer by return which told me in simple terms what I wanted to know. Placed the order and received the knobs the following day packaged as securely as would be needed to post an egg through the post! Top service in every respect.
